    I never review anything, but this was the worst customer service experience I've had in my life so…read morefar. They schedule an appointment for Thursday 4/9 from 12pm - 5pm. They then text me the day of at 8:35am to tell me they rescheduled me THE DAY OF 4/9 to 8:15am - 1pm. I've added the photo of the text as reference. The technician arrives at my home shortly after. I tell them I can drive there in 20 minutes if he can wait. "That's not possible. We will have to reschedule you to next Tuesday." Then the customer service person tries to tell me that it's my fault that nobody is at my house. My wife and mother-in-law were at my home. We have a Ring camera doorbell and a dog that barks anytime the dooorbell is rang or is knocked on. They never knocked or rang the doorbell. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have experienced terrible response time, terrible service, no communication, and multiple excuses over several weeks. American Home Shield will not let us use a different HVAC company since the contract is open with Myers. Multiple Myers techs have been unable to repair the problem. Myers added an unneeded part to that costs hundreds of dollars and is not covered under warranty. This part was never a piece of the HVAC that worked correctly for over ten years. It was added by the tech when he said he was adding everything possible since he couldn't figure out the problem. His words. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, with AHS, and will regrettably need to pursue legal action at this point. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter but Myers leadership couldn't seem to care less. This has been the worst customer experience of our lives. I would not recommend using this company to anyone.

    Stay far away from JTS Remodeling. This was easily one of the most frustrating, disrespectful, and…read moreunprofessional experiences I've ever had with a contractor. Communication was practically nonexistent. I was constantly left wondering if he was going to show up--no calls, no texts, nothing. When he did show up, it was completely random and usually unannounced, often not until around 5 PM, and he would sometimes stay working until 10 or 11 at night. There was zero respect for my time, my home, or anything I had planned. His attitude only made things worse. He spoke down to me repeatedly in a degrading and dismissive way, as if my concerns didn't matter. Instead of working with me, he acted like I had no say in what was happening in my own home. As for the work itself, it was a mess. After giving an estimate, he started redoing things I never asked him to touch. It felt like he was making decisions on his own, creating more problems instead of solving them. On top of that, the cost was already extremely high for the level of quality I received, which made the entire situation even more frustrating. I also seriously question the level of skill he claimed to have. The project was supposed to take 2-3 weeks, yet over two months later he was still working on something as basic as laying tile. That kind of delay is completely unacceptable. After I finally had enough and let him go due to the constant lateness and issues, he then tried to demand another $1,000, claiming he was owed for supplies--but couldn't provide a single receipt to back that up. When he came to collect his tools (which had taken over an entire bedroom), he even had the audacity to ask for pipe fittings back that he had already installed, claiming they were his and he needed them returned. Between the lack of communication, random late-night hours, unauthorized changes, inflated cost for poor quality work, constant delays, and the disrespectful way he treated me, this experience was an absolute nightmare. Save yourself the stress, time, and money--hire someone else.
