After being told I was able to utilize a day pass to take care of some important business Fred said that's not available. So I had to leave after one week. They finally mailed the packages 8 days after my original check in and only because I kept pushing for an answer to the missing package.

I have found Dr. Todd L. Ream, MD, to be an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. After suffering with…read moreprogressively worse knee pain, I did exhaustive online research and called his office. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment. After reviewing the diagnostic tests, examining my knee, reviewing my medical history, and interviewing me, Dr. Ream announced that I was a good candidate for partial instead of complete knee replacement. He explained that I had the choice of either and explained the benefits and disadvantages of each. I elected the partial knee procedure and Dr. Ream performed the surgery nearly a year ago. He and his staff thoroughly prepared me for the procedure, took appropriate precautions due to my existing heart conditions, explained well what I should expect after the surgery, and provided me with instructions for self-administered physical therapy. Dr. Ream is personable, competent, and willing to invest whatever time is necessary to answer any questions. His staff reflects the same characteristics. Almost a year after my surgery, I am pain-free, have full range of motion, and could not be more satisfied. For those persons in Southwest Michigan needing an outstanding orthopedic surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Todd Ream.

All the dentists told me that it was stress and muscle spasms but were not treating the spasms. The physical therapy I received at Core Balance has relieved those spasms. Now I need to reduce the stress. If you think that you've had physical therapy before and it didn't work, then you've not received PT like this. Thanks to Barb, Mia and Becky!

I have had to use other PT's on occasion and in my book, they couldn't compare with her excellent treatment. Very innovative exercises at her fingertips (no pun intended), and the interaction with the exercises was sooo good. She is a compassionate, knowledgable, understanding of needs of the patient, and "fun," too. If I didn't have Jenny, I would not look forward to so many appointments...but I know they will always be pleasant and "comfortable" as she "works me over" and expects me to do my part, too. I just felt I had to commend her hard and dedicated work. Thanks for letting me do this. Jan Voeltzke

PT One has been a fantastic experience in taking care of my bicep tendonitis & rotator cuff pains…read more I have been impressed that from appointment one, each visit has been a full session of the therapist working and watching my progression. I've been to other therapy businesses, where patients were nothing more than an assembly line of people doing exercises. The therapists would have 2-3 people at once. So they would give two exercises while they did something with the other and rotate around. So you weren't given full attention to make sure the exercises were being done correctly or if they were a benefit to the patient. This doesn't happen at PT One, as you look around during your exercises, you have a therapist watching your muscle movements, making sure it's doing what it should and not causing pain - and you can see the other therapists treating their patients in the same manner. I highly recommend Physical Therapy One if you need PT to overcome an injury.
