Scouts pest control Recently completed a full encapsulation…read morewith a dehumidifier installed in our Crawlspace. We would highly recommend Scotts pest control to anyone looking to have their crawlspace encapsulated. we did our due diligence by getting estimates from 4 reputable companies. Scout's offered the best overall service and products, they removed the old 6 mil plastic vapor barrier and small debris and hauled it all away, raked and smoothed out the ground to provide the optimal surface for the vapor barrier, wrapped all of the piers with vapor barrier, installed "Bora-Foam" insulation board (termite repellenting) to the exterior foundation walls, proactively installed radon mitigation piping stubbed out and capped just above the vapor barrier and installed an "April Aire" dehumidifier (on its own dedicated electrical circuit) and it's so quiet we cannot hear it running from inside the house. They also did a proactive termite treatment around the entire foundation of the house. Kenny had a team 4 people working in the crawlspace a few days, other days 3 but not less than 2 all other days for almost 2 weeks. We are very happy with the work that they did.

Foothills came right out the next day, I never have seen another ant, bug , nothing in my house or anywhere else near me since. We had them treat properly for the termites. I knew to deal with termites as my family had come from SC and Florida. We have dealt with them. Bugs are just part of life here, but termites I don't want. Nightmares. They have dealt with them and I sleep well. They offered several different packages. The value is very good especially as I don't like a trip to the ER!

I called multiple places, but Foothills was able to get out the quickest, and wasted no time explaining the treatment process to me over the phone. Extremely friendly experience both at my home and over the phone. I've been flea-free for over six months now, and couldn't recommend them enough! Bradley and the men I talked to in the office were great! Edit: I don't know why it says I'm in California (business, maybe?). This was Foothills Pest Control in Easley, South Carolina!

Phill, Jackson & team arrived - resolved all water, moisture & mildew problems. Our crawl space is completely encapsulated with a commercial grade dehumidifier and a completely dried crawl space area. The work quality and team were all professional, friendly and most importantly- knowledgeable. This group knows what to do! In addition and from a home investment perspective, the cost was very reasonable. (Compared to other proposals from the area) I would without hesitation refer Phill and his team to family, neighbors and friends. Easily a FIVE STAR rating.
