But, Ron said once you're ready for me let me know! In the meantime, we came up with a few designs. He had them drawn up immediately, so I could envision what it would look like, we made a few changes in the final outcome is absolutely perfect. Ron was on point with keeping me informed texting back-and-forth and setting up installation. The beauty of dealing with Half Price Kitchens is they have everything in stock so when you're ready so are they! Here are some pictures of the final outcome of my laundry room/pantry. So far I've dealt with Kurt and Ron!! Both a true pleasure to work with!

When he found out I needed a quartz countertop/backsplash, he lead me into their back showroom. Knowledgable and courteous, with his concise description of what I might need, I was able to choose my gorgeous White Sparkle countertops, which complimented my white American Shaker cabinets. Pedro was articulate and cautiously assertive in assisting me in my choice. I would return to Half Price Kitchen based on his presentation and the quality countertop I now enjoy in my newly remodeled kitchen.

Just like the other one stars the experience with Wolfe Construction Group is the same. If I could…read morerate lower I would but it will only allow one star for the lowest. He lives up to is trade name CON-tractor. This is my experience with Wolfe Construction Group of Oakland Park. After years of day after day of no work done weeks turn into months and no one works on the house. In 10 months in 2022 I added the hours they worked and said one day equal 8 hrs. I came up with 19 days of work in 10 months! He has abandoned the job after taking most of the project budget. Our contract had included Gutting the inside removing walls all the ceilings all new framing new drywall, New Kitchen, new second bath, new tile through out, new electrical and sanitary sewer to the street connection. He told us after taking our money and leaving more than half the house untouched that we were flush! The first day on the job he destroyed our neighbors brand new PVC fence he said he would fix it but never did and it looks today the same as it did when he destroyed it in 2019. Please see attached pictures. Just found out that part of the build process requires a "Special Inspector" their job is to come a verify that the rebar in the concrete meets the FBC building code and then submits a report to the city. Robert Wolfe never contacted the "Special Inspector" and thus I have no report. Now its all covered with concrete. This means no certificate of occupancy! Is this the type of CON-tractor you want? Robert Wolfe lies so much he cant remember the lies he tells you. His nickname should be Robert Change Order Wolfe he will write the contract so vague then hit you with change order after change order to make up the difference. I had Robert Wolfe make a vanity he charged $7500 .00 he said he needed to be paid in full before start. Robert said it was like a buying a finished piece of furniture. Well what did we get a vanity that the drawers rub on each other suppose to be self closing and they don't open there are no drawer pulls. The top was suppose to have two down lights there are none. The inside medicine cabinet was suppose to be mirrored and have glass shelves there is none. The front was to have bypass mirrored doors there are none. So Robert were is the finished piece of furniture! He never finished it. On my contract I had a new garage door for 2500 dollars. After years of waiting he came back and told me the garage door was more more money and needed 2060 more. After giving him $2060.00 dollars more no garage door. Then he came back again and now said the door was 5300 dollars. So after taking 4060 dollars I never got a garage door from Wolfe. I found the same door installed for $3200.00 Lets talk windows first off he had enough money to buy our windows but did not. When asked when the windows were coming it was one lie after another. I have records of this. I was suppose to get PPG windows on the contract. They were insulated impact. He told us month after month year after year the windows were coming finally he sent us to JVR and we were told the PPG would take many months but we could get CGI windows. I asked if they were the same as the PPG windows we were suppose to get on the contract. They said they were. Well I got my windows but they are not insulated they are a cheaper model. This will be straightened out in court We were suppose to get a separate mini split ac unit but all I have is the wire for connection and the refrigerant lines no ac! His workmanship is subpar always cuts corners and is never there to supervise. He told us when we signed the contract that it would be 6 months after permit, that was Oct 2019 buy Oct 2022 and not one part of the addition is usable! He also forged documents and preformed work he is not hold a licence to do this type of work. I reported to the Notary office of the governor and during the investigation his notary resigns her notary commission. Guilty I wonder just did a FOIA request to get all the investigation that occurred. Adding some pictures for you entertainment enjoyment. In the pictures I'm pointing out that because he is never there you end up with this type of quality. I had to complain over and over in order to get him to fix the sloppy work in the images. The slab was never fixed. I actually had to get the building department evolved and had Five inspectors the architect and the engineer come because things were getting so out of hand. Save yourself the pain that I have experienced. Once I finish my house I will take my receipts and put him before the judge. See you in court Robert get your great attorneys ready. The walls are closing in on you! Just do yourself a favor when looking for a contractor the Most important thing to do is go to Broward county public records and do a search for the name of any contractor and also in the company name. Then go to the Broward Clerk of the courts and do the same there. You will be surprised at what you fine.

He repaired and cleaned up everything like new. So much so we had him come back the following month and paint our entire house. They take off their shoes as requested, do excellent prep work, and have an amazing eye for details. That is hard to find in South Florida. Since then Wolfe Painting has been my go to team for all my projects. I highly recommend them.

In Florida, the need or desire to have work done in one's home is always a source of dismay. Rarely…read moredoes one have a job done by a contractor of any kind, who doesn't cause a great deal of grief before the job is completed. Most work, if completed at all by the original contractor, is either overcharged, completed well beyond the estimated date--often with charges added that weren't contemplated at the time the job was contracted for, and the quality is often disappointing. It's with great pleasure that I take the time and effort to report that the experience we just had with JPKitchens (JPKitchenRefacing.com), was actually a delightful experience from first encounter to completion of the job. Juan Padron, the owner of this company, was a delightful individual who came to our home, quickly measured, sized up what we needed, made several excellent suggestions to improve our plans, and produced an estimate substantially lower than the several others we had obtained. We had originally been attracted by the prospect of saving money by refacing our cabinetry; but he told us that he would replace all of our cabinets for no additional cost. He outlined a timetable that--if all things went according to plan--could have the job completed within a week; and if problems should arise, could take as long as two weeks. He worked alone when he could; and had helpers assist him only when it was necessary. And those who assisted him were highly skilled as well. Things did go wrong with one or another of his suppliers; and had to take a day off because of a death in his family. He was back the next day; and, in spite of those difficulties, he completed the job by the end of the second week. And he was cheerful and pleasant to be around the entire time. He usually showed up when he said he would; contacted us to let us know when he couldn't, cheerfully added a couple of additional requests along the way--adding a reasonable amount for only one of them to cover the extra cost; and, when the job was done, the quality of the materials and the finished product was well beyond our expectations. Without any hesitation, I would recommend this man and company to anyone wishing to refurbish or recondition kitchens, bathrooms, or any other area of their home that needs work done.

We recently totally renovated and updated our Kitchen and Bar with Allied Kitchen and Bath. From the very moment we walked into the showroom until the last detail was completed we had a fantastic experience. After visiting several other places, not one of them suggested the design and layout that our designer Rob Feinberg at Allied did. They completely transformed the flow of our entire house by adding a large central island as a gathering place, work space and storage area. They suggested wall ovens to save space as well as adding a bar to use for mixing drinks and serving adjacent to the island. It is so stylish and we have had so many compliments on the design, material and style we were guided to. They had many choices of cabinets at many different price points, styles and colors, and we were shown and directed to what would look best and provide the greatest value. The cabinets arrived quickly and they had their teams at our house immediately to prep and install all the components. The workers were timely, very organized, efficient and each were long term employees so we felt very comfortable through the entire process. They left the house spotless each day, and took great care in both the demolition of our old kitchen and bar, as well as assuring everything was perfect down to the last detail on the new one. I really had no idea of the extent of what would be needed and felt that using a company with 40 years of experience was especially important. We are so glad we did. We felt very confident every step of the way, and were thrilled with the constant communication from both Bob the Project Manager and Bill Feinberg, the owner and updates throughout the whole project from conception to completion. Allied Kitchen and Bath is an award winning company, and we are thrilled to share how they have earned that and have remained number one in our area for all these years.

He asked me to be vague about the project with my condo management. All red flags. A neighbor suggested Allied. They did great work for him and kept the mess to a minimum by protecting his carpet and hardwood floors. I met with Lewis, a designer at Allied and we discussed options for my bathroom. I had a strict budget and I found Lewis willing to work within it. He came up with great ideas. Allied does things the right way. Designer drawings are done. An architect creates blueprints that breeze through the city permitting process. In a few weeks the project began. Trevor did a wonderful job installing a Schluter Shower System, a product that guarantees no leaks for life! Mark and Angelo were fantastic at setting the fixtures and rough carpentry and keeping dust to a minimum. Adam was my project manager who was available by cell if I had ANY concerns. Chris and Liz were awesome at helping me select tiles and finishes. Everybody was helpful and professional!! I never enjoyed a construction project so much. I found Allied to be top notch. Professional. Helpful. They wanted to be a five star company for me.
