Clean Paws was absolutely amazing. The owner was so kind and loving. I have somewhat of a crazy…read moreschedule and they were so accommodating helping me as much as possible. They're open Saturdays, which is a huge plus for me. I was able to drop off at 8 AM and he was ready by 11. We will definitely be back. We have tons of recommendations and I wish we would've gone sooner.

I had been satisfied with this groomer and was sending all 4 of my dogs there until a very…read moreconcerning incident involving my oldest dog, a nearly 15-year-old long-haired sheepdog mix with sensitive skin. Four days after her grooming appointment (Dec 26), she became painful when her neck was touched. When I removed her collar, the underside of her neck was raw, irritated, scabbed, and bleeding. Her collar was filthy, foul-smelling, and full of buildup. Putting a dirty collar back onto a freshly groomed senior dog--and saying nothing to the owner--is not okay. The groomers were told at drop-off that she already had scabs under her arms and across her chest. Those areas were soaked and improved, but no one mentioned the condition of her neck, which should have been obvious during grooming. I am a veterinarian, and I have since had to medically treat this injury. This could have been addressed much earlier with basic care and communication. What is most troubling is the lack of follow-up. I attempted to contact this business by phone call, text, and email and received no response. I am sharing this so other pet owners--especially those with senior dogs or pets with skin issues--are aware. Communication, hygiene, and transparency matter. I will not be returning.
