Although the store had the items I was looking for, I ultimately decided not to make any purchases due to the customer service I experienced from a couple of the workers. I want to clarify that I have nothing against people speaking languages other than English; in fact, I speak a couple of languages myself. While I don't speak Spanish fluently, I do understand a little of it. However, when customers shop at a national retail chain like Target, employees need to provide customer service to everyone, regardless of the language they speak. It was disappointing to see some workers walk past customers and ignore those who didn't speak Spanish. If you are not willing to assist customers who don't share your native language, then working at Target or any national retail store may not be the best fit for you.

The experience overallw as pleasant, from the wash to the cut to the blowdry, everything was fantastic. When it came time to pay, they were upcharging me from what I had booked online. With that being said, you cannot trust the prices of the salon online. I cut and blow dry will not be 35-62 dollar range like they advertise. It will most likely be in the 70s to 80s. And to top it off the cashier forgot to apply the coupon..... All in all, the manager came to fix the issue only after I called her over and explained the situation. Don't trust the prices online, they will upcharge, and dont let anyone intimidate you against using your coupons, they send them for a reason so persist!
