New stove under warranty from Frigidaire had a bad oven. The tech , Frank, did an amazing job. Was quick to diagnose the issue and had the part ordered with his office. Came back quickly and had it replaced and fixed. Very happy with their service. read more

Terrible service Doesn't answer phone calls or emails Came out once to check the freezer said needs parts and never heard from them again I used another company and got great service read more

Extremely Disappointed with Service I hired this company to fix my ice machine, but the experience was terrible. The technician came out and claimed to repair it, yet the machine stopped working completely shortly afterward -- even worse than before they touched it. When I reached out for follow-up or a solution, I received no real help or accountability. read more

Not surprised all your reviews are one star, I had to call over 30 times to even get an answer on what to do with my fridge your guys came to take apart and leave it just as is. You guys are EXTREMELY unprofessional and it shows read more

My landlord called them out to fix our fridge. After trying to follow up over and over and checking with the warranty company, my landlord found out that they didn't even submit the claim. They didn't respond to her until she threatened legal action and then they sent the deductible back. They said that they couldn't order the parts, but didn't let us know. Super unprofessional to not communicate that and they definitely seem as though they were going to keep that money and swindle us. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. read more

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment and didn't show up; didn't even call back. I caught him after 2 weeks of hunting him down. Came by the house and diagnosed the problem but never returned to fix it. read more

Expected them to come between 8:00am till 5:00pm. Never showed up nor return the 4 calls that I left via voicemails before the alloted time they were supposed to vome. This is ver very bad business to deal with. I wonder if Refridgdaire knows about this con artist local company. Be warned!! You will waste your time and effort to wait, wait, wait, wait.....then at the end they dont come. Im glad I also have the appliance insurance through Refrigidaire/HomeDepot to at least for them to pay for the food that rot in the refridgerator. read more

Compañía muy poco seria y cumplida , te dan un día para hacer tu trabajo y no van , ni te contestan el teléfono, muy mala experiencia

Terrible service. I was overcharged and misdiagnosed. Paid for a service that did not fix my washer. When I called them back to let them know they did not fix the problem, I was told I would have to pay for the service again. I think the technician was guessing and really didn't know how to fix the problem. read more

Very bad service don't get them to go to repair any appliance at all. They came to repair my range,, microwave and refrigerator, all they did was ordered parts and my appliances still not work. They ordered several parts and I don't even know if they installed them because they said that they came defective. Don't get them to go repair your appliances they don't know how. It's good I have the protection plan and I did not pay anything. I had to talk to Sears for them to send an actual Sears technician. This has been going on for a month, if you want to waste your time and money hiring these people go ahead. read more

Make having a warranty extremely difficult; even with a policy number. They Never answer phone calls or return calls or messages.

Fairly priced. They recharged my comercial Gatorade refrigerator for 93.72 after taxes. About the same price as anywhere else. But they showed up within 2 hours. I called. they told me when they would be there. Then they showed up on time. And they did the job right. read more

They repaired our appliances quickly. Sears takes about 2 weeks to fix stuff, and then its a pain to accommodate them. This company will do the work, get the parts, and accommodate our schedule. Second to none, these guys are top notch. read more

WARNING!! Do not use Armadillo. They came out to check out my dryer and charged a $65 diagnostic fee. The guy told me that they would call me that night or the next morning with an estimate. The next day came and went with no callback from them. I called them and they said that they would call me back shortly. After a week of leaving a few voicemails for them with no callback, I called Sears and set up the work with them. 18 days after the initial consultation, the lady texts me an estimate. I told her that I had already contracted the work out and that I would need my $65 back. She refused and told me that they had made several attempts to contact me earlier. This is a total boldfaced lie. I have zero missed calls from them and no messages. These people are total scammers. Negative 10 stars if it were possible. They run this racket with a cellphone and no address; this should have told me all that I needed to know. There is another review where they did the same thing to someone else also. read more
