I had been doing investigative work for a case on my own and needed some professional assistance…read morewith not only locating a key witness in Phoenix (I do not live in Arizona), but also interviewing the witness in person for me as well. I didnt even have a good telephone number, address, or even current employer for the witness and unfortunately (for me) the witness' name is a VERY common one as well. It was like trying to find a needle in a hay stack and time was running out. So I turned to the OPS team for what seemed like an impossible and highly time sensitive task and they did NOT disappoint. The OPS team went above and beyond what I expected and not only put boots on ground during the week and over the weekend, they were able to locate and talk to the witness within about a week. No matter how difficult the task was, the OPS guys kept me updated every step of the way as they searched prior addresses, employment offices, etc.. This team will no doubt be the first ones I contact as this case progresses and new leads are found. If you want someone who will actually do whatever they can to help you with your investigative needs, you have found the right place! I mean no disrespect to the other person who left a review here, it just sounds nothing like the team I have been working with on this case for at least two months now.

When I called David Cobos, I had been searching for my birth mother for over 35 years. If I were to…read moretell the whole saga here, it would take pages. Just before contacting Mr. Cobos, I had managed to finally find my mother's daughter's ex-husband in New Jersey. He told me that my mother was living in Arizona and had recently moved into a senior living center. I phoned numerous senior care facilities in Arizona on my own and had no luck, so I decided I needed help. I did some research on private investigators in the area and called David Cobos. When I spoke to him on the phone and told him my story, two things stood out for me. One was that he really cared about helping me and the other was that I was in good hands -- he knew what he was doing. Well, the result was that, in a very short time, he managed not only to locate my mother, but found a photo of her and shared it with me. Thanks to him, I was able to get in touch with her. I wish I could say it was a joyful reunion, but she denied being my mother and made it clear that she didn't want anything to do with me. Here's the thing. Even though it didn't go the way I hoped it would, my quest had been fulfilled. This was thanks in large part to the efforts of David Cobos. Thank you, David! P.S. I later found a first cousin on my mother's side who was thrilled that I found her. I also found my father's side of my birth family (which is huge) and have gotten to know quite a few of them.

He gave me back all the SAME information I had ALREADY given him and he took my $125. I asked him since he gave me nothing for my $125 would he look up someone else and of course, no reply. I EVEN HAD TO TELL HIM HOW TO LOOK UP AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEE IF WAS ACTIVE. I did his job for him and all I wanted was a verification of address which HE WAS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING. Now, of course, he won't answer my emails or texts. He is HORRIBLE. DON'T USE HIM. He will just steel your money.

I hired this attorney after receiving a solicitation letter from his office regarding a lawsuit…read morefiled against me by a credit union over a car repossession. He reached out advertising his services, sounded extremely interested in taking on my case, and made it seem like I had a strong chance at a positive outcome. He assured me he would handle everything thoroughly and professionally. Unfortunately, hiring him was a complete waste of time and money. From start to finish, I felt like nothing was actually done to defend me. I ultimately lost the case and ended up in the exact same position I was in before hiring him except now I was out thousands of dollars in legal fees. There was no strategy, no proactive communication, and no meaningful action taken that changed the outcome. I constantly had to reach out for updates. I rarely received proactive communication. Each time we spoke, I had to repeat the same information over and over again because he didn't seem to remember previous conversations. It felt incredibly disorganized and frustrating, especially during an already stressful legal situation. When I first contacted the office, his secretary was on vacation, so he was answering the phones himself. During that call, he struggled to take down basic information like my email address, repeatedly getting frustrated and saying, "This is a woman's job. I shouldn't have to be doing this". "This is why I keep messing up. This job is for women." I was shocked by how unprofessional and inappropriate those comments were. Instead of focusing on helping a potential client, he was visibly irritated and making sexist remarks. Throughout the case, I felt like I had to manage him rather than the other way around. I was constantly following up, reminding him of details, and pushing for progress. Even then, nothing meaningful seemed to get done. The experience was stressful, disorganized, and disappointing. After going through this, I later learned that others have had similar issues, which unfortunately makes sense based on my experience. When you hire an attorney during a difficult time, you're placing trust in someone to guide and advocate for you. Instead, this experience made an already overwhelming situation far worse. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.
