I own a black 2015 Toyota Tacoma and I've wanted to restore the exterior for the past 3 years…read more Painting the truck seemed like overkill because most of the paint and clear coat was in great shape. I've meticulously taken care of my vehicle and over the years have become less reliant on others to take my vehicle to the next level. A month ago, I decided to revisit a detailing service and I chose Clear Choice Designs. From the moment I entered the door, I had that gut feeling that I came to the right place. The owner, Donnie, came right out and was the first to greet me. We spent a good 30 minutes circling my truck discussing my various options and price points. Donnie keyed in on precisely what I wanted to accomplish with the job and this in itself is a rarity these days - Listening to what the customer wants and not what we think they want. Within two weeks, my truck was in the shop and the work began. As a side note, Clear Choice will work on any vehicle regardless of the make, model, or condition. The work performed on my truck included: 1. Headlight Restoration with PPF Protection 2. Full decontamination wash and clay bar treatment 3. Complete Ceramic Coating 4. Paint chip correction and touch up My advice to everyone is to consider Clear Choice Designs before spending thousands on a paint job. You will receive outstanding customer service and a high-quality finished product performed by highly skilled technicians that you didn't think was possible.

Business name is very fitting, they are the clear choice for your PPF n tinting needs…read more I recently purchased a Tesla Y and wanted to PPF and tint it. I called around to 3 other places, two of which never called me back with a quote. Donny, the owner at clear choice, was very helpful in explaining my options and when I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he was able to bring the price down a little to be within budget. Everything about my interaction with Donny gave me the confidence that Clear Choice was the clear choice and I was right when I picked up my vehicle. They wrap the PPF around the corners and use high quality Xpel products. Everything looked perfect. Donny and his team were also able to remove two surface scratches that were there when I took delivery of the car and on top of that detailed the car and did a 6 month ceramic on the house!

Thursday of my rearview mirror, the part was hanging on the left side, it was broken and when I checked what it was I saw THE OTHER HALF that was barely holding it together fall on the floor. Nino was unprofessional and wanted to replace it with a cheap ass Amazon product "stating" warranty but it's only his words. I wanted it professionally fixed and ask for reimbursement and was declined and wanted to speak to the owner. The owner reimbursed me but I was charge $25 for sun visor that NEVER EVER put on!!! I had my partner call on that Saturday- spoke to a young man name Giovanni, and he stated he can refund me the $25. My partner told me on a Tuesday when I mentioned it again and told me to just go in when I'm off on Friday. Giovanni said it wouldn't be a problem and when I came in mentioning about my mirror problem and a refund for the sun visor, I was not given reassurance or understandment from these prick asses. No one called me about my car being ready, or explained the item was out of stock, or schedule to come back in a couple days to put the visor on- NOTHING WAS INFORMED. So I said fuck it I'll just get refunded. They REFUSED since it a "package deal" I was not informed of, and was charged separately!! Giovanni as my witness. HE RANGED ME OUT FOR CHECK OUT!! So I'm left with -25 dollars from these assholes who desperately need my free $25 for a service THEY DID NOT EVEN DO. I don't recommend and Nino is an asshole for how he handle the whole customer service situation. Be prepared to have something broken in your car and it be a hassle to get it fixed!
