I've been here before & had great customer service so it was a must I came back here to buy some oil. Tyler waited on me & oh man he was a hoot! Great sense of humor & he loved joking around in an appropriate matter. He was able to look up the type of oil my car needed & even went & grabbed it for me. I had recently visited an O'Reilly's in Vegas & had bought something for my car but was able to fix the issue without needing these parts I bought. I didn't have my receipt on me as I left it @ home but I was able to return them after Tyler looked up my transactions in the computer under my phone #. So I suggest when shopping @ O'Reilly's have them create an acct with your phone # so if you ever lose your receipt or don't have it on you & you need to return something they can easily look you up & see that you actually bought the item your returning.
