The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. They had great prices and quality clothing, so I shopped their pop up again this year. It led me to shop at their permanent store in the Gardens Mall as well (showing that a pop up works). When I purchased a dress on sale in their store, they had another that was not part of the sale. I decided to get it later on-line for full price, and right afterwards I saw that it was added to their sale (and 50% off)! I called their on-line customer service, and they immediately credited the difference to the card (well my Mom's, as it was a birthday gift from her). They didn't give me a hard time, and they did it immediately. So many of the larger department stores and small boutiques are such a hassle to deal with it. It not surprising that many are going out of business and losing sales. This company is doing everything right!
