Their treatment did not work for us, and then they refused to come back out to retreat even though I notified them within the required 30 days. I had them out for a one-time treatment of roaches, water bugs, spiders, and carpenter ants. Jesse said he'd give us an extra heavy treatment since we didn't want the quarterly service. Their approach of spraying primarily outside around the house was ineffective for us. We were still seeing live insects in our home after the treatment. I called back within the specified 30-day time period, and Dorian assured me he would come back out to retreat. However, due to an event at our home and subsequent vacation, we could not have him back immediately. I informed him when we'd be back, and he said he'd be in touch. He never called back, and because our lives were busy with out-of-town family visiting, travel ball tournaments, and a death in the family, I didn't call him back till the third week in June. In conversations with both Dorian and Jesse, they both said it had been too long for them to come back out. So even though I notified them within the required 30-day time period AND Dorian did not call when he said he would AND Dorian told me he'd retreat, they refused to follow through with their word and do the right thing. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I can go buy some Home Defense at a much lower price and achieve better results.

Donnie is by far the most thorough of any pest control expert we have ever used. While others just come by and spray the outside and inside (something most people can do with a container of Ortho home defense), he uses different products in different locations and places monitors all around the house from basement to attic. He didn't go wild spraying every inch of our indoor area, which is important if you have kids and/or pets, but focuses on key entry points and hiding places. He is accessible, punctual, and professional in demeanor. I cannot recommend him enough.

This is where the Talisman Rental guys at the Canton location saved me. I had called ahead to make sure they had what I thought I needed. When I arrived and I discussed what I was actually doing versus just getting a tool and heading on my way, the two fine gentlemen working advised a better solution and explained why I needed such an item. They helped me load the piece of equipment into my piece of a car, and off I went. I spent the entire evening using the tool so that I could return it the next day. Yes, the machine wore me out, but that's the nature of the beast given the project I was attempting to DIY. Lesson learned. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. GBC has a flat fee for inspections (based on square footage) and he had time in his schedule for the inspection within my short time frame.
