All American Carpet & Restoration - "i Want You" To have Healthy Carpets

Spoke with Shannon who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Was able to arrange for the carpets to be cleaned on short notice. While arranging the cleaning, Shannon notified us that he could also repair the carpets, saving us from having to go with another company for that service. He had the work done by the time I returned and did a fabulous job. When the tenant had moved in there was brand new carpet throughout the house and after Shannon cleaned and repaired them the carpets looked new again! He billed us an invoice which we were able to pay online. We will recommend this company to anyone in need of having their carpets done and will definitely use them again if necessary.

INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was talking to Trevin and told him we had a dog in our apartment and…read morehe said it would cost $140 for a carpet cleaning. He said Max price would be $180 if the dog had peed on it which was not the case. He scheduled us for 1 pm. At the last minute he asked to move the appointment to 3 pm which I told him was fine as my husband did not need to leave for work until 4 pm. The carpet cleaner was over an hour late so my husband called Trevin and he said the cleaner was still at another cleaning but Trevin would come out and do the pre-walkthrough. We left the door unlocked for him so my husband could leave for work. Trevin then called me and said the carpet had no stains or soiling but smelled like dog. He clarified that it did not smell like pee, just that it had a dog-like odor and bumped the price up to $360.00. I explained to him that was far more than he quoted us and we could not afford the cleaning at that price. He got really huffy and told me his company was the best carpet cleaner around and we would not find a better price anywhere else. I explained we simply couldn't afford it and he hung up. I got to the apartment half an hour later to find that he had left his business card beside a glove with the middle finger sticking up. This is a HIGHLY unprofessional business. Do not recommend at all!

Extremely unprofessional and concerning experience…read more I called All American to have my sectional cleaned and was quoted $200 by Ryan. When Blake arrived, we agreed to add a fabric protection treatment for an additional $100. Blake began working while I stepped out of the room. About 30 minutes later, I returned and noticed a large, extremely wet area on my floor. When I asked Blake what it was, he said it was "overspray." It appeared much more substantial than overspray--it was more like a puddle. He proceeded to clean it up with rags. After he finished, I paid by check. Once he left, I noticed the extent of the mess left on my floor and immediately sent the company an email with photos explaining what had happened and that I had stopped payment on the check. I contacted the flooring company that originally installed my floors. They came out, inspected the damage, and were concerned that the finish may have been affected. We agreed to give All American an opportunity to return and address the issue. Ryan arrived about 30 minutes earlier than the agreed-upon time. He looked at the floor and mopped it. When he finished, he immediately asked for payment. I explained that I wanted to wait until the floor dried completely to make sure there was no damage before paying the $300. Ryan became confrontational and told me he wanted a check or credit card payment. When I again explained that I wanted to wait until the floor was dry, he said he was not leaving until he received payment. He then accused me of committing fraud for stopping payment on the check and threatened to put a lien on my house and have me thrown in jail. I asked him to leave my property. He eventually did, calling me a "psycho" as he left. While I was following him toward the door, he turned around and sprayed vinegar onto my floor several times. I called the police immediately after he left. I also have the entire interaction on video. If the flooring is completely fine after it dries, I have every intention of paying the original $300 that was agreed upon. My issue is with the way this situation was handled and, especially, the threatening and confrontational behavior I experienced. I strongly recommend doing your research and reading the reviews before hiring this company. I wish I had.

Stanley Steamer has been our carpet cleaners of choice, mainly because I have mold allergies, so we…read morecan't have wet carpets that take too long to dry, plus the hot steam minimizes bacteria and such. The people are really great too. Easy to work with, and they usually have deals available to save you a little money, too. Most importantly, they do a very good job, and try to remove any and all stains, taking care to not harm the carpet or cause any new issues. They're kind, responsible, and use natural enzymes to help with pulling out spots and stains, which leaves a nice smell in the air. I tend to react to most things, but not to anything these guys use, so I continue to use them because they work for me. I highly recommend them.

This review is for the company, not the guys who cleaned the carpets. They were very professional…read moreand polite. I live in a new construction house that is 4 months old. We never wear shoes in the house and are neat freaks. We had the typical organic move in stains from the movers and workers. Again, almost brand new carpet with organic stains. When the carpet dried after Stanley Steemer cleaned it, literally every stain was left, I couldn't believe it. It's almost like the carpets were not cleaned at all. One of the stains was left by a plant. I got the Oxi Clean and spot cleaned it with hot water to see if I could get the stain out. After 40 seconds of scrubbing, completely gone!! I then went and got my 3 year old Bissell Crosswave out. Loaded the container with extremely hot water diluted with Oxi Clean. My house is 2600 square feet. It took me six hours (Going to the sink 100+ times to empty the small container on the bissell took forever), but the carpets came out absolutely spotless. So I pay Stanley Steemer $240, only to do the carpets myself for 6 hours. Proof is in the pictures, look at the dirt left behind after their cleaning!!!!!!!
