Unfortunately the buyer to our home was from out of state and went with Larry's recomendation that the tankless water heater be pulled out and replaced with a standard water heater. In the end we spent almost three thousand dollars because his of lack of knowlege. He does not know Bullhead City codes and obviously obtained his credentials from a cracker jack box. Avoid this clown.

I'm a 77 yr old widow. I hired Zink to conduct an inspection of a mobile home I was buying…read more Because I was moving from another state, I relied heavily on the inspection to be thorough and complete. The report Zink provided stated that there were no problems. When escrow closed and I was able to go through the home, I noticed I couldn't turn on the heater; there were a total of 5 dangling outlets, with wires exposed that I could see. I could go on for another hour about the vent problem, exposed wires on the water heater, water leaks through the disposal - on and on. Suffice it to say that Zink never even turned on the AC/furnace, although he stated in his report that it was working adequately. (There was no way he could have checked on the AC because the thermostat was non-functional, and the condenser unit had burned components.) The ducting under the mobile was separated and needed repair, also. This man has caused me to spend so much of my limited funds to make my mobile a safely livable space. Upon confronting Zink about my issues, he continued to make feeble excuses for his negligence and actually lied about what he checked. I have officially filed a complaint with the AZ BTR, which has been accepted. However, trying to recover expenses requires legal action. I'm getting up in years, and this entire situation has been very exhausting. The required time in presenting documentation and proof, on my part, to show his negligence has been daunting. I could NEVER, under any circumstance, recommend or say one thing positive about this inspector.
