Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Everlights as my system has been incredibly unreliable. I have had dozens of repair visits over the last three years and the system continuously fails. it's unfortunate because you want to have lights for the holidays, but when you turn on the lights, various outages prevent the system from working properly. Repair visits typically take a couple of weeks to get scheduled which often means the holiday has come and gone. In my case, the system often fails again within days of the repair visit meaning I am never fully up and running. My issue seems to be the led modules failing at an alarming rate and taking out the rest of the system. It's disappointing because the system was very expensive and actually looks great when it's working.

We have a large backyard with a pool and several trees. But no lighting at night so we've always…read moreworried about guests tripping etc after hours. Thus we've always wanted to outdoor lighting but that is as far as it went. A few weeks ago we saw an OLP ad on CBS 8 and my wife and I turned to each other and said "That's what we want." I called OLP and spoke to John (owner) about coming to our yard for a look. John at the time said he was very busy outfitting restaurants that needed outdoor lighting due to the COVID-19 rules allowing only outdoor dining. I took this as a positive sign. He and his team arrived around sunset and placed battery operated lights in the garden around our patio area. In short our yard was magically transformed. The quality of the lights was exceptional. I didn't even bother getting other estimates. We were ready to sign. John sent a quote and I asked him to reduce the number of lights to meet our budget. He did but we ended up adding them back in to make the yard look more balanced and uniform. So he knows what he is doing. In summary it was a very smooth process, maybe 3 weeks max from initial call to completion. We are so pleased we did this and invested in our back yard. If you've ever thought about outdoor lighting you owe it to yourself to call OLP and talk to John.

After a few months and a few storms in San Diego my string lights started acting up. When there is…read morerain my GFCI would trip and or the string lights would turn on and will not be able to turn it off. I contacted the company via email back in October of 2021 to get warranty service since i am within my 1 year warranty. No response from John. I opened up the light switch box after a day of rain and found water to be going into the switch box and damaging the light switch. I had to replace the light switch, light cover and caulk the entire string lights electrical connections where water can possibly come in. Upon closer inspection i also noticed that there was a hole from the bottom of the electrical box that John and his company installed that can allow water to come in.
