Attorney Martha Arias is an immigration law attorney based in Miami, Florida. She graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami and is also an attorney in Colombia, where she graduated from Universidad Libre de Pereira.
She also earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Miami School of Law, with an emphasis in international law, which complements her work in U.S. immigration matters.
Attorney Martha Arias is fluent in English and Spanish and represents clients from many nationalities and backgrounds. She is a member and the past president of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and its South Florida Chapter, where she has served on different committees. She is also a member and past president of the Colombian American Bar Association (COLBAR).
