i requested a bridge on the top right. so i went in to get my bridge and he was going to do it on…read morethe bottom left i said wait i requested the top right, he said his secretary made a mistake and put bottom left. i told him well just move the money to the other side of the mouth. he said he couldnt do that, it was unauthorized. so i told him well lets just not do it. he said you know its december of 2024 he said "if i dont do it now i lose the money" so i told him to go ahead and proceed. my part for the bridge was over $400.00. so then i called weeks later ,i told him that the bridge was shoving food up into my missing tooth on my upper left. and it was very tender. so he recommended a bridge on the top left. and he was gonna give me a special discount of $1300.00. so this was gonna be $1700.00 and this still wasn't the top right bridge what i orignially wanted. i moved to the opposite side of town and continued to go see him because i thought he was a great dentist. it's unfortunate his secretary made a mistake and i still dont have the bridge that i orgininally wanted. over $1700.00 later now i have a new dentist that is much closer to the house. i still think he's a great dentist his supporting staff is not as good as he is. i literally put my finger in my mouth on the top right and his secretary wrote bottom left there was a breakdown somewhere between me and his secretary ordering the bridge authorization.

When I called the office to ask them what happened they said "it's a courtesy for us to check your insurance and see if it's covered". Asked to speak to the manager and not available. Left my information for a call back. Nothing. GOT IT so they employ people who do not like to do a basic task for their customers. I have officially moved all of my dental records from that branch to this one, as I will be giving my business to this location from now on! I had insurance and they added an extra $500 to the my bill for antimicrobial which they knew was not covered by my insurance to my treatment estimate for 2 teeth. When I came to the location on rt 410 near Ingram Mall. When the Endodontist checked my teeth she said I could have gotten my teeth done at the regular dentist which cost less & that I didn't need the extensive treatment they put on my estimate. At the end In total charged me $648 that day plus $50 extra for my yearly deductible. A few weeks later when the statement came from my insurance company It listed that the amount due to they was only supposed $89 that day then they took over a yr and a half to give me my money back but only refunded me $72 which is absurd
