I ordered the Dune 47" chaise and the 85" sofa in Merritt Snow to the tune of around 6K. I have had the most trouble I have ever had with a couch in my life. This was my first big couch purchase and I was super excited. Yes, I got a light color, but I purchased the insurance and was assured that it was a performance fabric and would be ok. Well when I first received the couch we could tell that the staples at the bottom of it were half sticking out as my husband cut himself on them as he was moving it. That was day 1. After a few months I noticed that the fabric was pilling way faster than it normally should. Then it came time to get the couch cleaned, just a general cleaning. I called a big box, (very known for cleaning couches), company and was told that they were not able to clean it because the feathers in it would make it look worse. I got a stain on it and was not happy with how the fabric was holding up so I made a claim with the insurance I bought and little did I know how long and frustrating this process was about to be. They sent a guy out to assess it. He did a great job, took many pictures, informed the warranty company that it was not able to just be cleaned and suggested we receive all new casings. Warranty company got back to me and said from the pictures they think it is "regular wear and tear" so denied my claim. Mind you, I am only able to "clean" the couch with water dabs because if I use any cleaner on it, it null and voids any potential warranty claim. I then asked the warranty company how much it would be to just buy new casings, to which they replied I can't. They suggested that I get a company like Stanley Steamer to come and clean the couch. Which they have already told me they can't. So now I'm left with a POORLY made couch, with shadowy stains all over it and pilling fabric ALL over it. Arhaus has completely washed their hands of the whole situation. They do not care AND they do not have reviews for furniture on their actual website, conveniently. I know it sounds trivial to say that a piece of furniture irritates me and it has legit caused many an argument with my husband and I. But I have to look at it every day. It is embarrassing when people come over and see it. I have to TRY and hide as much of it with blankets. All I can do now is leave this review here and wait till we move in a couple years and will need a new couch. It was way too expensive to replace now. Buy with extreme caution! I HATE HATE HATE this couch. The pictures I have included are from the first few days of the couch being delivered. You can also see where my husband scratched himself on the staple sticking out.

Bought a Arhaus canopy king-size bed online for my daughter recently (2025) for several thousands of dollars. This was my worst experiences for both the product and the service. The bed is virtually a steel structure (supporting structures, legs and the whole canopy) while on Arhaus web, there is not a single word about the steel structure, all said to be hard wood. The assembled bed among the components is not well fitting each other. One side plate was dented and had broken surface. Should I say the dishonest business to them? There are no communications. No response when called them and left messages. The required paid shipping & assembled fee is not meeting the quality of the services.

Horrible customer service experience in regard to a rug. I paid $1406 for this 6 x 9 Lassen rug that is in my home office. The website notes this rug as recommended for high traffic areas / high performance. It was purchased a little over a year ago ... used in a very low traffic area. I decided to run the basic bissel hand held rug cleaner over it to get some of the basic traffic dirt cleaned... because it definitely not for high traffic & shows! Huge mistake... dirt came out, but apparently this had God only knows what chemicals in it (obviously very poor quality) that water made it turn smoker yellow! It looks absolutely disgusting now and customer service can only say 'sorry' & give a # to pay someone else out to take a look at it, but added, it's doubtful they can fix. Ha! Of course they won't even cover this. Like holy crap! Why would I want to dump yet more money into this trash?! This rug is way too pricey to be this poor quality! Arhaus: I've already contacted & dealt with concierge services (as referenced above customer service). I sent the email as you directed but am afraid it will just loop me back to the same people. Update: the email provided social@arhaus.com keeps coming back as undeliverable. Feels like dead end goose chase. ‍

7/1 still no new cushions after 9 months, they claim it's because it's "made to order"? All their couches are "made to order" This couch is beyond embarrassing and so is this Company.

Table and chairs from Arhaus, seating for ten!

We've purchased several pieces: our dining room table, our coffee table, a dresser, ten chairs, outdoor seating, some decorative items... and Missy and her team at the Fort Worth location have always been so helpful and patient with us in making our purchase decisions. They are wonderful in helping us match our existing furniture items and style while keeping within our budget. We always walk away pleased!

Beautiful luxury upscale furniture store. Designers have very good taste. Staff is friendly and there are free catalogues for the taking. This upscale store very much fits in the upscale Clearfork area. Very impressed!

Showroom floor, very pretty and well-made furniture.

Note: my review is based on the "design" experience offered by the store, not the merchandise. Looking to furnish our new home, we lucked upon Arhaus searching for something that fit our style. The price tags match the high-end look, but we were happy to find luxury goods that matched our needs and timeline. Sales manager Deborah showed us around, educated us on the various fabrics, styles, sizes, warranties, etc. and was overall very useful. She explained that the design team could take our blueprints and render a 3-D model of our home with the furniture we selected. All was well and good, and we left to look at some other stores we held in consideration. Despite the pretty penny difference, we decided on Arhaus. I reached out to the design team. When they got in touch a couple days later, I shared our style, needs, and furniture selection from the store. We arranged to meet on a Saturday morning. Right off the bat, the designer complained that she didn't have enough everything done because she usually has a few more days lead time. She had assured me on the phone the day before that there was plenty of time, so I felt it was an unnecessary jab. I let it go, and we dove right in, chatting budget and selecting our larger pieces, like sofas, because we already knew what we wanted. The designer then turned focus to rugs... and this is where it went downhill. She had laid out 3 samples, and I didn't care for any of them. They didn't match the style or color preferences we had discussed on the phone. When I expressed that I didn't like a sample, the designer was very defensive and argumentative. I told her one was too rustic for my taste, she argued it was not. I had explicitly requested no gray, and she argued for several minutes that the next rug was blue and green, not gray. At this point I got up and started pulling samples of things I liked, but the rugs I chose weren't available in the size we needed, so then she pushed 'one-of-a-kind handwoven Persian rugs' that did not fit our space, but she tried to cram in various spaces. If she can afford a $10,000 rug, kudos! However that was a large chunk of our budget I wasn't willing to give up on a petite runner. Finally I redirected our focus, insisting we save rugs for last so I could see how they fit color wise. We scrolled through coffee tables, and I didn't see anything that I loved. We have a large living room, and I wanted a coffee table that was the focal point of the seating area (a la Monica's apartment.) The designer, focused on filling a page with furniture selections and reaching the top end of the budget we gave her, started pushing a waterfall edge coffee table, which I remarked was "too modern" and she argued that it was not. I said "that's your opinion" and she argued again that it was just fact, and if I would look at it in person I would agree with her. Funnily enough, she wasn't motivated to get up and move around the store so the waterfall argument ended there. Husband, in an effort to diffuse the tension, asked to see patio furniture. We liked one set, she was insistent on another, and she wouldn't accept the fact that we didn't want formal dining outside. Apparently it's impossible to understand that guests could hold a plate or use a coffee table over a formal table. Husband sits down in a chair and pretends to hold a drink to model to me that the arm rest is ample. The designer insinuates he'd be drinking a beer (he's a wine or margarita guy) which upset me, because everyone knows beer is just backhand slang for nitwit juice! It's summer in Texas so we don't last outside for long, and we go back inside. After an argument over outdoor cushion color... We circled back to rugs, which I promptly tried to avoid, and then she kept circling back to office furniture that was at the bottom of the list. We walked out with a furniture wishlist over two pages, 3/4 which we hadn't even really picked out, just nodded to appease her and move on the process out of politeness. I should mention, I previously worked for one of the biggest design firms in DFW, so this was not my first design meeting experience. This is not the norm. She didn't take any of my design preferences into consideration, and was greatly offended by my differing tastes, arguing about everything. She ruined the experience for me, and ultimately lost out on commission for $50k. I'll give kudos for follow up, as I received two calls/voicemails the week after our experience... but I did not appreciate the pushy tactics to close the deal. One message said "I know a sale is coming up but none of the pieces you selected will be on sale so there's no need to wait." We weren't waiting because we weren't buying at all, but implying we couldn't afford the furniture didn't help. I still love their furniture, and I may be inclined to buy some pieces from them in the future, but there is only one "designer" per store, and I will not be going that route again.

Filler in the corner of the table. Very ugly. This should have been picked up at quality control.
