But Mum wanted make-up for her birthday - a very SPECIFIC make-up - and the younger sister does not drive, so I was sent off to House of Fraser. Entering, it looked very formidable. Lots and lots of stands, all selling different brands. I wandered, feeling rather intimidated, until I finally plucked up the courage to ask someone wear almost makeup was. They weren't sure, and a quick consult took place before she directed me towards the Clinique stall. The lady at the Clinique stall was nothing less than wonderful with my inept flailings. Different products were explained, and when all I could remember about shades was that a 3 and an 8 might have been involved, she patiently did a Well, is your mum's skin darker than yours? Darker than mine? until we had the right stuff. Thank you, Clinique lady, for being patient when you likely wanted to strangle me. I ended up with three make up items for £44. That would have been a price to whimper at, except they were doing an offer which meant I also got a huge bag of samples (really, HUGE) and some body lotion and hand stuff. That is, apparently, why the younger sister ordered me to go - they do do good free gifts. I can't say I'd go again for ME, because it looked far too girly a shop, but for gifts certainly, and the customer service in there was absolutely great.

It is technically outside but there is a cover over it and it is very warm once you get inside - but it can be a shock from the centre:MK. There are a number of cafes here also and a couple of places to eat all reasonably priced. It is a nice addition and if you are in the centre:MK is it worth walking that bit extra around here.

The movie tickets to enjoy the upstairs Gallery experience before the movie are slightly more expensive (about 20€), but worth it. There's a bar where you can get a drink, then you get complimentary nachos, chocolates and sweet/salty popcorns. There's a big popcorn case where you can restock during the movie if you need to as well. Finally, when it's time to go into the movie, the top rows are reserved for people with Gallery tickets. They're lush and come with mini tables to hold your snacks. It's fun and you can easily sneak out to restock on food or drinks or use the bathroom during the movie (since you're on your own level).

New Look is going to be built by May 2013. The only thing that the shopping park is missing is food places as we found we got hungry but had to travel to KFC in another retail park. The primark is really cheap on clothes on shoes and boots quite expensive. You could buy tops from £2 up to £20. They had a up to 50% off sale and further reductions in January. Very spacious store.

As with all stores it can resemble a jumble sale and you do have to search through the rails from something which catches your eye but when it does it is totally worth it because everything is really reasonably priced. The staff aren't overly helpful and you can spend ages waiting to get on a till, but it is not that bad. There is lots of free parking outside and the store now stocks ski wear which I have been told is very cheap! Worth a visit if you are in Bletchley.

I on the other hand can not stand having to rummage through everything to find what I am looking for, it really annoys me even all the clothing is mixed up like they could have 10 of the same T-shirts in different sizes but they will be scattered across the whole store, I mean how does that work? I feel like when I go in there I just want to tidy up the whole store, but that's how its meant to be and people like it so I must be the minority. They came to check she was ok, got her water, found her a paper bag to breathe into (they thought it would be useful), and when we sat in the car to await my step dad (I don't drive, mum was driving), they even brought out more water and checked we were ok. A really helpful place indeed. On the clothes front - they stock Rogers & Rogers stuff!!! Hooray!! sadly not enough of the larger sizes in the items I like whenever I go in lol. Only downside to their stock seems to be that although they know when they're getting a delivery, they never know what will be on the truck, so they can't tell you if they'll get any more of the top you want in the size you want. Also, they can't order from other stores so that's a bit of a pain too. Overall though, gotta give em 5 stars for their help today, I really do!

I did…read moreeventually purchase one at a price but it lasted for quite a long time until I think I just one day threw it away or gave it away infact I cant remember where it went. This is a very fashionable shop but I think the reason I do not shop here as much anymore is because the items of clothing to me seem a little over priced for what it is you are buying. The shop is big in size with minimal clothing on the shop floor but that keeps the store clean and everything has its place. When I used to visit the store the sales assistants seemed unfriendly and more likely to be talking about you rather than helping you, I think this also put me off of the store as it wasn't a good atmosphere and you would want to get out as quickly as possible.
