My vehicle was damaged on 4/16 in an accident where their policyholder admitted fault at the scene. Despite this, it has been over a month and I have yet to receive a single substantive update or even an appraisal. I have called multiple times and have been consistently ignored by my adjuster, Yolette as well as her supervisor. When I finally got an email response, I was given a ridiculous excuse about a 'system glitch' as the reason for the delay. A 'glitch' doesn't excuse being ghosted for weeks while my truck sits undrivable and unsafe. This delay is messing with my everyday life and causing significant stress, yet this company seems perfectly comfortable leaving a claimant in limbo. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS). If you are hit by someone with Ascendant Commercial, expect zero communication and endless excuses.
