I will be totally honest, we tried to go to Romona's Table first, but they already closed at 9pm... thought it would be a good idea for them to be open later for the celebration but hey I am not them so I don't know what they think is best. Anyway, we walked over to Marindes about 20 minutes before they close, which I am always hesitant to walk in somewhere before they close, but they were more than willing to serve us. A few young kids were working but honestly some of the nicest most attentive service I have encountered. Even after being there a long day, they were super open to conversing with us and sharing their knowledge as we asked them a lot about the wood fire pizza. This was an awesome experience and their pizzas were just phenomenal too. I order a personally smoked gouda on their gluten free option and who I was with ordered the personal size while mushroom. Gluten free is hard to come buy, so I am glad they had it and I didn't just have to order a salad. It was fun to watch them bake in the wood fire oven. We both loved our pizzas and can't wait to come back. Next time I totally want to sit outside!

They have several beers on tap, a clean interior, and pleasant staff. The side Caesar salad was a bit overpriced for what you get, but was still tasty. The mellow mushroom pizza was soooo good! I loved using the thick crust at the end to dunk in their dill dip! My girlfriends also ordered pizzas (can't remember the names of them) in a size medium so that they would have leftovers because it's just that good!

Made modifications to each pizza and they were followed correctly. Ordered both "crispy" and they arrived with a bit of char on the crust. Delicious. We also ordered Hot Wings. Breaded and fried, they were very good, but did not have any hot sauce on them. They had a bit of heat in the breading, but it was in random bites, not what I would call hot wings. They were served with a packet of blue cheese. It was under the wings, and by the time it arrived at my house, it was hot. I find it weird they wrap the pizza in a bag on a cardboard circle, then a pizza box. Delivery was quick, I was expecting an hour for delivery and it arrived in 30 minutes! Glad we were just finishing up the yard work when it arrived.

The staff seems to be a lot of younger newbies and none of the other staff that has been there for years was in sight. They have a small seating area with booths and it was clean but most people pick up or have it delivered. My pizza was ordered as extra crispy but was very soggy tonight and all of the toppings litterly slide of the greasy mess of a pizza. Maybe just a bad night. Hope this won't be the trend.

Stein Brothers looked good, so we ordered a House Pizza and bread sticks. When I opened the door, it brought me back to my hometown pizza joint from childhood. It smelled like a pizza place and brought back lots of great memories. It's small inside with a few tables and was immediately greeted by the staff and they promptly brought me my order. The prices were very reasonable. The bread sticks came with two a choice of two sauces, we chose pizza and dill. The bread was soft, flavorful and covered with parmigiana! I liked both sauces, but preferred the pizza sauce. The dill would be amazing on a bagel or on a CSBC pretzel! The pizza is absolutely loaded with toppings! You really get your money's worth. I love that they use fresh mushrooms rather than canned. The pie was cooked perfectly. We really enjoyed it. Stein Brothers will be my choice for pizza whenever we are in town. Highly recommended!
