Whoever she was, though, had some sort of emergency to take care of and I was still sitting in the waiting room a half hour after my appointment was supposed to be. And I'd gotten there a half hour early. So an hour in the waiting room. Dr. Renzi was on hand and "had a few moments" so he took me out of pity or kindness or both. They really didn't need to do it, especially considering I'm an out-of-towner and will probably never return, but they went out of their way to accommodate me. Once I got out of the waiting room everything was great. The nurse was quick, I hardly had to wait for the doctor, and my sample came back seemingly immediately. Dr. Renzi seemed caring but not overbearing, answered all of my questions, and put me totally at ease. I didn't even feel awkward when he asked if I was sexually active! I wish I had a doctor like this in Maryland, and if I ever find myself back in Haddon Heights (unlikely), I'll definitely know where to go.

Whenever I call the office, they never seem to know the answer to my question so I get told I'll get a call back. I then have to follow up with them when I don't get my call back. The orthopedics seem to never have a long term solution for our issues, it's always "put a bandaid on it" options. Some nurses stations have food all over the place. One doctor prescribed my kid something that insurance wouldn't cover and 5 days later we found out could have bought over the counter. The only doctor I will not change is my cardiologist. Dr. Winn is amazing at what he does. He is there whenever I need him. Even when contacting him…read moreafter hours he makes sure to always get back to me right away. He listens to all my problems and I always leave his office with a resolution. Even before I became his patient it was difficult to find a doctor that takes my insurance as well as accepting new patients quickly and not having to wait weeks or months. I look forward to his visits unlike my other doctors. He seems to understand me and I never feel judged by him. Any requests you have he always makes sure to take care of. He sends me for labs when needed and gives me the requisition form right away so there's no waiting. I would recommend Dr. Winn for any patient. Dr. Egan is fortunate to have Liza in his practice as she takes on all responsibilities and insures all issues are resolved. Sean Egan, MD has taken care of me for many years. He is an excellent Urologist who takes the time to explain any and all issues regarding my prostate. My appointments are timely and productive. He has excellent followup with my PCP which makes me comfortable. While I have moved 100 miles south, I continue to see Dr. Egan because of my confidence in his skills and understanding of my issues.
