Bill with Area Wide Contractors just came out and did some work on our home. Got a rather long "Honey-Do" list and it's a bit more than I could tackle. First he repaired the laminate flooring by installing some new ones over the ones that had been ripped out due to our dishwasher taking a dump. Then, off to the laundry room where he patched and remodeled the wall and put on a fresh coat of paint. Bill came out and and did my kitchen backsplash. He removed the old and installed the new. He and his worker did an impeccable job. I'm very satisfied with his work. He also removed and installed two ceiling fans for me as well as disassemble a very heavy dining table. He's very easy to work with, polite, and very reasonable on the price. AWC were wonderful. I called them on short notice and they came out promptly. They did great work on the house we are currently selling. The drywall, baseboard, and quarter round repair was fairly priced and professional completed. They were courteous , clean, and friendly. Bill is a great contractor! We asked Bill to stain our front door, mend the garage wall corner where some bricks were broken and repair a door frame that got rotten near the ground. He and his partner Guillermo did an outstanding job. They were professional, conscientious, and reliable. They went out of their way to make sure the work was done right whatever it took. They even, on their own initiative, repainted the front door frame which enhanced the new stain job on the door. While at it, they grinded the top of the door which was slightly misaligned with the frame and it is now working great.
