The second was to patch a couple dozen holes and repair tile after we had the home re-piped. In both cases we were very happy with the work, Richard and his employees are very skilled. The walls look really fantastic, the texturing is very good, making the areas where holes were imperceptible. Richard also had the young man who worked on this latest project go the extra mile, touching up some paint without us asking, and adding new silicone sealant in the bath, and being very mindful that the grout in the tile work matched what was already there. Richard was great in both cases, particularly because he was able to accommodate us quickly in this latest project, and working on a Saturday so that we would finally have functioning baths again. He is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to work with.

Blair was given some tools as part of payment but he took tools without permission. When questioned he said he took them and he would bring them back as Ryan also said. That was the end of May, the text below shows Ryan on June 10th saying he would bring them. Here it is July 18th and nobody has returned the stolen tools. I've paid these guys over $40,000 this year and this is the kind of treatment I get?!?!

When he showed for the job, he was professional and fixed the attic door. It had a bent arm, and we were losing heat because the door didn't fully close. He spent time adjusting the springs and replaced (both) side arms to keep the weight and tension evenly distributed. He got it done and we were pleased with the end result. DRIED PAINT ON CARPET: The 2nd task was to remove spilled, dried in paint on carpet. We tried everything ourselves to clean up the stain, and even rented, "Rug Doctor". We thought our only hope was to remove the carpet and tile that floor to match our other floors. Jacop said that he thought he could remove the stains, and to our amazement, he got it done with a wire brush and the appropriate stain removal for dried in paint. Jacop saved us a lot of money, and thanks to his honesty and problem solving, we didn't have to tile that room after all. It looks like there was never any stains on that carpet. We are incredibly happy with the end result and the money he saved us on not having to tile that room! Jacop is not only efficient, but also honest. Thank goodness that he came up with a solution, rather than hitting us with an expensive tile job. We appreciated his honesty, which is rare these days! He's a very nice person and we would use his services again.

Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing due to poor communication, repeated tardiness, and lack of professionalism. On January 3, 2026, I contacted Patrick for an estimate. He came out and quoted $25 for the visit, and we later scheduled service for Tuesday, January 6 at 10:00 AM. The total service was $1,200, with $480 paid upfront for materials and labor. On January 6 around 10:00 AM, my tenant asked if he was on his way. When I reached out, Patrick said he was having car trouble at AutoZone. I asked him to coordinate directly with my tenant to reschedule. He suggested a nighttime appointment, which did not work for her, so we rescheduled for Tuesday, January 13 at 10:00 AM. I confirmed the appointment the day before, and he assured me we were set. On January 13, I texted him at 8:30 AM saying I would see him shortly -- no response. I followed up at 8:45 AM for an ETA while heading to the property, then called at 9:30 AM, and texted again at 9:45 AM. By 10:00 AM, I was on site and still received no calls or messages back. By 11:00 AM it was clear he was a no-show. At 11:18 AM, I hired Preventive Pest Control for same-day service and requested a refund from Patrick since no service had been performed -- again, no response. At 3:06 PM, Patrick finally arrived hours late with his crew and without any prior communication. My tenant informed him another company had already been scheduled and turned him away. He never contacted me afterward to apologize or explain. The next morning at 9:00 AM, I called to request a refund. He hung up on me and later denied it. At 9:52 AM, he emailed claiming the payment was non-refundable despite no services or materials ever being provided at the property. I considered filing in small claims court just to recover the deposit, but ultimately chose not to pursue it. No customer should have to consider legal action simply to recover payment for services that were never performed -- especially after giving the company a second chance and defending them to the tenant. This situation was frustrating and entirely avoidable with basic same-day communication. I would not recommend this company to anyone managing a property or expecting reliable service.

First, he is very old and he and his brother stink so badly it's offensive to come into someone's home with that stench. They miscalculated and cut the bead board wrong and had to go to purchase another piece. Instead of installing one full piece of board, which was the goal, they split the board down the middle. It looks like bullshite and very amateur. Grady B scratched up the side wall and knocked a little chunk out of the sheet rock. To continue to make matters worse, Grady B broke a large candle stick with his bulky ladder that was actually moved out of the way for safety. He didn't tell me he broke it, not did he confess about the scratched up wall. After 3 hours of blunderbussing around I asked him to leave. He broke my property, ruined the wall I have no touch up paint for, and installed the bead board incorrectly. I won't even mention that Grady B completely misunderstood a request to hardwire lights on the dining room wall. I dont like to be ugly, but this person is also one of those obnoxious " know-it-alls" that doesn't know squat and is not worth the risk and aggravation to have in your home to fix, repair, or install anything. I saw one of my neighbor's getting their roof done by Precise Roofing so I asked one of the men to…read moresee if they can inspect my roof for any damages. Edward said he can do the inspection for free. He was super nice, helpful, and guided me through the process every step of the way. It turns out there was enough damage to go ahead and file a claim with my insurance so he helped me through the process. Throughout the entire claim process, Edward followed up with me every other day on the status of the adjuster meeting. Even when I didn't know the time, he went ahead and called on my behalf. He advised he likes to meet with the adjuster to make sure they account for all of the damages. When they say they advocate for their client, they really do. It turns out my insurance didn't approve my claim although Precise saw many damages. Even though it wasn't approved, Precise Roofing went ahead and helped me to appeal my claim. They handled every thing on their end and kept me updated every step of the way. They were able to get the denial appealed and I was able to get a new roof! The process took a long time, but I was never forgotten about or placed on the back burner. We picked the shingles and the work was done in a couple of days. I love my new roof! They give high quality work and work efficiently and quick. I am definitely keeping them as my number one pick for any home improvements and I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a roof replacement or other home improvements.
