Have repeatedly reported safety concerns with stairs, hand rails massive hole under concrete, broken clothes line, a sliding door that doesn't shut properly can't be closed unless you lift it to move it. Advertised built in vacuum there is but doesn't work, so many other problems, but they either refused to answer or sent handyman out then did nothing. I am sorry to whoever rents this place as we need to jump through hoops to prove ourselves but just under 2 grand a month for this on the outside it's very nice but look close as it's coming on the market.

I visited this real estate on three occasions trying to book an appointment to view a house to be told that they are too busy and come back later. On our third visit we were showing a book full of properties only to be told that we would not be held to afford them and that there was no estate agents free to show us the property. I would never recommend this red carpet treatment to any of my friends or colleagues ever... I was trying to buy a house!!!! Two thumb down.
