I can honestly say that my experience here has been pleasant. My husband moved into the apt. 1/2026…read morefor work, and I came in 3/26. I live in I guess, what is considered the newer/updated buildings. Rent includes water, pest control, and garbage. I have never had any major issues. When I request maintenance, they always come. The maintenance staff may not all be certified to do what they do, but they come. I don't have rats/roaches, but I do have gnats. They are better now than they were. Some of that issue comes from what's put down the drains and garbage disposal. I have only dealt with a few people in the office. A couple of them do not look up when you enter the office, but the majority of the time when I go in, my interactions have always been pleasant. Here are some improvements that I would suggest: (1) Add another place for garbage. A complex this size should have more than 1 place for garbage, and it looks terrible when it overflows. (2) The spot where the current garbage is in is bad because people block the exit gate to throw out their trash. (3) Specify areas for dogs to relieve themselves and put those poo bag holders in those spots. I only see the 1 at the front of the complex. (4) Allow us to pay for our covered parking with our rent. Extra transactions cost us money, not you. (5) Provide more covered parking spots close to the buildings. Nobody's gonna pay for spots they have to walk across the parking lot to get to.

My ceiling is two different colors and you can see where they patched up the sheet rock. The carpet is care of years ago. The problem is nobody stays in the office long enough and they you things and they don't know nothing about that and to get anything done. It takes forever if they even come and when it's done, it's not done right do not move in here. I'm sorry I renewed my lease but let me hit again on the office staff that's rude obnoxious and just doesn't care about the residence that live here we pay a lot of money to live in these apartments and they treat us like we're crap. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Carrie

I loved my home and still have several neighbors who became friends who live there. I was searching…read morefor an apartment in Atlanta (where I moved) and Yelp came up with an ad and somehow Ai knew I used to live at Creekside and it came up. Creekside has some negative feedback on here which is just not true. Charlaina has been the manager for as long as I was there around 2020 and I think she is still there. She does a wonderful job keeping the renters engaged with the best parties! Nothing is ever perfect, but I can assure you, this is a great place to call home!

This is going to be a long review. I am warning you, do not…read morewaste your money. The staff will treat you like royalty, but as soon as you move in, that all stops. It was good when we first moved here when Rachel was the manager. So I am going to start with the employment here. My husband and I have lived here 2 years and have seen about 5 managers. One quit after ONE day. There have been plenty of maintenance staff as well. Some of the maintenance staff didn't know what they were doing- my AC was leaking awhile back and the man used MY COOKING POT to catch the leak. I called a few days later to get an update on my AC being fixed and was told the guy quit. My AC ended up flooding on 2 separate occasions, damaging the door and wall. That's when it was finally fixed. Oh, and I got my pot back. If you like your privacy, don't count on that either. Pest control/ maintenance have entered our apartment twice without any prior notice. Once, while my husband and I were sleeping. The other time was while I was in the shower and my husband on the couch. Now, onto the amenities. That's why the apartments are so expensive because of what they have to offer. The gym here is awesome, that's one of the reasons my husband and I picked the place. We cancelled our gym memberships as soon as we moved in here. However, the gym is always disgusting. The floor is dirty AND IF there are sanitary wipes (because a lot of times the container is empty) to clean the equipment, they are usually dried out. The floor is never swept. The same dead wasp has been on that gym floor for like two weeks. Recently, due to the coronavirus, this amenity, the clubhouse, and outside pool area are no longer available to residents. I pay a hefty amount of money here and was told there will be no compensation. I am not the only resident complaining of this either. Onto the pool. The pool is lovely in the summer, but management does not really care, especially when the courtesy officer brought his whole entire family to the pool and had and assortment of alcohol by the grills when it's against the rules. So it's difficult to enjoy such a beautiful pool when it's turned into a community pool; especially when the kids in the local area sneak into the apartment. We are supposed to wear pool bands, they did crack down on that for awhile, but if you have lost yours, you have to pay for a new one, IT IS $150.00 for a replacement. If you don't wear one, you will be removed from the pool. I mean it's just a rubber bracelet, I already pay to live here, you would think they would just give you the bracelet. Next, the grills. They are great, when they work. Some of them don't work. Office has been informed. The fire pit. Sometimes it work, sometimes it doesn't- making a clicking noise. The computer room. Those computers have so many viruses on them, staff has been notified. I wouldn't trust logging into anything personal on those computers anyway at this point. The printer NEVER works, always have to go into the office to ask to have something printed. The dog park. No one picks up after their dogs. The water station for dogs to drink at has been broken the whole two years I have lived here. The door to the gate has been broke for a year, if you aren't careful it comes back and hits you hard. I've gotten plenty of bruises from that door. THE TRASH COMPACTOR!!! ALWAYS broken and there is always so much trash sitting on the ramp and even in the road. Now onto when I requested to opt out of text messages and changed my preference online to maintenance messages only, but was told to just ignore the texts and that I was still going to receive them because other people liked them. How about no? I pay for my phone bill and didn't want to receive reminders. Like why be rude to your residents? If you're really tired after a long day at work, don't count on having a place to park. The property manager told me herself that there wasn't enough parking here. Even visitor spots will be filled up.
