Stole $10 from my card. Tried to eat my damn card. Would not spit ts out I had to yank it out. And when I went back to get my refund the guy (super nice dude) said he boss told him to give me his personal phone nu to text him about a refund and then i got a text from him at 10PM!!!!!! The worst customer service interaction I've had in my life. Stopped on a road trip to get fuel, use the restroom, and stock up on road snacks and got shouted at repeatedly by the attendant when I asked where the restrooms were (and then again when I apologized and said there was no need to yell) because he hadn't seen us purchase fuel yet (??) he told me off and made me cry, so my partner and I went across the street to get gas and buy snacks at the larger, cleaner establishment across the street where the people working there aren't insane. Biggest asshole I've had the misfortune of interacting with in public in years. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pit stop at all costs. read more

Stopped here for gas and snacks. Used their bathroom, which is locked and they personally unlock for paying customers.... the bathroom was decently clean, but unfortunately the bathroom did not have a soap dispenser... which in my case that's a major miss. As a traveler that's the least I expect. read more

NO ONE answers the phone during open hours!! Frustrating. I have been trying for days.

This place has the best service of any gas station I've ever been to. They even washed my windows! Be sure to say hi to the station cat (named ARCO by the staff, appropriately enough). read more

I will NEVER get gas here again! Extremely poor customer service, and argumentative gas attendants without the ability to follow simple directions. Funny how out of a full car of people the gas attendant is the only person who didn't hear the word premium. Instead he apparently heard regular..... then when confronted on the matter, he flat told me I was given what I had asked for and if I didn't like it not to come back. No apologies, not a care in the world, and didn't even bother to offer a solution. I was one of only 3 cars there at the time....... save your self the hassle and frustration, go to one of the next stations 2 blocks in either direction! What a joke! read more
