I'm bummed but it's only worth about 35¢ savings on the fill-up.

I pulled forward that it told me to move back and I did and then the car wash did not get activated. That's a little frustrating, but that's fine, usually anything strange happens with the car wash, I would just go speak to the clerk. Normally, they would assist with a problem immediately. The woman that was working today was not listening to what I was telling her. She kept on telling me to punch in the code and move forward and not move back. I told her there was no code to punch in because I paid directly for my credit card. And then she kept asking me which pump I was and did I punch in the code on the receipt. I told her several times I did not pump gas. There was no code to punch in because I paid directly at the car wash. This went on for a good 7 minutes. Does she finally gave me a new code. I was so frustrated. Trust me, I'm not trying to rob Shell of their $6. I just wanted my car washed. I tried my best not to lose it with this lady. I normally never get mad at anything. Just wanted to share my unfortunate experience.

But they have a…read morepotentially hazardous situation at wheel stop (parking block) at one of the vacuum machines - it is placed too close to the machine and a potential tripping hazard. I actually did trip over it and hurt my hand breaking the fall, and bruised up my leg. Instead of backing my car into the spot to vacuum on the passenger's side, as I've seen most people, mostly men, do... I just pulled the hose to the other passenger's side and was there for awhile. I put money in the machine a couple more times from the passenger's side without having to walk over the wheel stop. It was very shaded where you park your car, and the wheel stop is the same color as the ground, so hard to see and hard to remember it is there. When you put away the hose, you turn around and only take 1 step before the wheel stop comes up. It should be placed further away from the machine, at least for enough walking room. Compare it to the other wheel stop and the other vacuum machine which is placed much further. If anyone else had tripped on that, please contact me. They won't do anything about it unless there are more people that complain about it.
