Mike was so helpful every step of the way, consulting with us on choice of colors and timeline of the entire project. He works with a small, trusted crew of guys and they work so clean. I don't know how they did it, but they left the house spotless at the end of each work day! I work in real estate and since first hiring Mike for my own house, I now call on him for all our client's projects, because I'm confident he and his team will do an excellent job.

Not only that but in the one message they left us, we were told they had time to come by tomorrow and see the problem, and to call to arrange. Great! Not. Well not only did they not answer, nor return our call about setting something up for that next day, as they had offered, but we were simply left just hanging ... a week LATER and they still never even got back to us. SMH. Any reputable contractor would/could have taken 10 seconds to reach out EVEN if it were just to say, you know we apologize but it turns out we are jammed (or down an employee or whatever other reason) ... but for this firm be as inconsiderate and irresponsible as this is kinda shocking, not to mention plain bad business in our local area.

They Started work on My kitchen February 5th and were done by February 20th and most of that time was all of us waiting for the shipments of our things to come in, which no one has control of. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. They did all the hard work of building a masterpiece out of scratch- our kitchen started as bare bones as it gets since it was stripped because of water damage. Their customer service is second to none. The crew was fantastic; I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They talked to us through everything we needed to know and do, which was a life saver as we are first time homeowners, and it was the first time we had to use both a contractor and insurance. Their entire crew is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The kitchen is everything we wanted and more, as close to a dream kitchen you can imagine when paired with reality. The quality of each product they recommended was consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. They went above and beyond making sure everything was affordable and purposeful. The Pricing for their services and on every product was fair and transparent - the worth of everything being equal to the cost. It's a fantastic feeling when someone can take a bad situation and make something wonderful out of it. I highly recommend this business. This will be my go-to place for years to come, because of them I can realistically actually think and dream of newer and updated things i can do to my home in the future, in my opinion they're the best in town.
