Hank, the owner responded and informed us he was near by and would stop by to check our Whirlpool fridge. Within about 30 minutes he had diagnosed or problem and began an immediate search for parts. A refrigerator that is 6 years old may not have them available unless you are well versed in the appliance business. Experience is hard to beat. By Monday morning early (he must never sleep) he was at our house with part and we were back in business. Very reasonably priced and would recommend him to anyone!!!! He responds to emergencies!!!! Call him first and it will be your last call!

Contacted this guy and left a voicemail detailing my problem (we live 10 mins from his business). Texted me at 7:30am Saturday that thunderstorms typically short the motherboard, unplug it for 10 mins and it should be good. Not sure where he got the idea that a thunderstorm was related, as we had no rain whatsoever when the incident happened. Texted him back and told him I thought it could be the compressor, but not sure. Said 'Ah well then its typically not worth fixing, buy another fridge'. Never came to see what the problem was, never took the time to ask questions. When I pointed out sarcastically 'Well thanks for taking the time to at least come and look at it', he says seems like I did a good enough job of diagnosing the problem myself. Unprofessional (as stated in other negative review on Yelp and elsewhere). Don't waste your time or money on this bum.

My husband tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. I put out a request on Yelp for help, and CJ contacted me within 30 minutes--keep in mind, this was Friday afternoon. He asked for a few details and quickly sent me a quote for the service call, along with a photo showing the cost of the part that would be needed. Without sharing exact prices, I can say he was very reasonable, and his labor cost was far less than the price of the part itself. CJ worked on the washer for a couple of hours and did not charge any extra for evening or weekend service. He was extremely polite, professional, and hospitable. Most importantly, he was very knowledgeable, and my washer is now working perfectly. He mentioned that he specializes in refrigerators, washers, and stoves, and he will absolutely be my go-to appliance repair person going forward. I highly recommend him. A++++ Thanks a ton, Johnson's Appliance Repair. As a mother of four, I am forever grateful. Sincerely, Lisa

It's the middle of Thanksgiving holiday week, I had just finished a bathroom and kitchen remodel,…read moreguests come in today, there's clean up to do of the junk from the remodel and my hot water just gave out. Not a good scenario with guests coming to stay at your house two days before thanksgiving. I called Plumbing Solutions and thank God, they had an opening. Wayne, came in and he was amazing. He didn't take advantage of the fact that we were under pressure due to the holidays to try and make money, He correctly assessed the matter, saw that thermostats on our water heater needed change and quickly solved it. Other plumbers had suggested to buy and install a new water heater without even coming into our home. I would recommend Plumbing Solutions and Wayne to everyone.
