There were several entities involved in the planning of her funeral due to her status in the community. The staff at Cress helped to make difficult decisions easy. They went above and beyond on the days of visitation and service. We planned to just play music from my sisters phone. Her phone was new and they didn't have the correct output for it. Staff worked together and prior to the start of the visitation, they had the doggle(?) that was needed. They checked in with all our family members to make sure we had what we needed throughout our time there. The space itself is also beautiful. We did everything from the visitation to service to reception at Cress. If the weather cooperates, they have a beautiful deck. They also have a nice playroom available for children which was quite beneficial for my nieces. While I hope to not need their services for quite some time, I highly recommend working with their team.

As someone attending I thought the facilities were nice and functional for holding visitations with a private side room for immediate family members if needed. The funeral director was very helpful in making sure things that needed to be done were arranged and taken care of in the right order. As much as funerals are sad and often stressful times, they are necessary and a good funeral home and director can help alleviate that aspect. As I said above, I had no involvement in or knowledge of how Kendall Funeral Services is to work with. I am only rating what I experienced as an attendee.
