He asked me if I wanted to get the supplies or if I wanted him to do that. And then he share details about the options, and let me decide. Yes! Include me in the decision, not just decided for me. He was timely in doing the repair, showed up when he said he would be there. It took longer than he planned but no extra charge. He also noticed and took care of little extras, no charge.
