Everybody already knows all of the stereo types and jokes about Lawyers, but you wont find any of that here. I've had lots of experience in dealing with lawyers, CPAs, etc for 4 or 5 startup businesses. In a startup, the last thing you want to spend time on is unnecessarily dealing with professional staff who are either 1) not particularly organized, 2) not particularly interested, or 3) just running up the tab. I dealt with Luthien Niland while she was moving from another firm to Archetype. I was having the unpleasant task of closing down a company. Luthien was, in short, excellent. No BS, work was always done as promised, work was always done on time or early, she did all the busywork like filing dissolution docs and notifying legal entities for me, and the final tab for the project was under her initial estimated cost.
