The billing department was given all this information numerous times, yet they harassed me and made threats with each contact. Out of fear of these threats, I borrowed money and paid this bill, which now I have to find a way to repay that loan. According to an Attorney, I should not have had to pay this with no estate. They continue to harass me and send bills even tho they took my money and have since billed and threatened me two more times. They should send my money back, but I doubt that will ever happen. Shame on them to prey on elderly people this way.

When the drivers pulled up to the ER doors at Orem, the drivers didnt even come right in with the stretcher and it took them an hour to arrive from SLC to Orem. They pulled up, got out, stood and talked with each other for at least 5 minutes. None of the staff in the ER knew why they were behaving that way in an emergent situation. Every bump in the rode jiggled my insides. The person riding in the back of the ambulance with me wouldn't wear the seat belt. That is unsafe in the event of an accident for both the patient and the rider. I do not think any health care facility should use the service. I've had ambulance rides before and this was a nightmare in comparison! I gave them 1 star because I did arrive in one piece.
