On New Year's Eve morning I had a run in with a kangaroo that smashed my car on left side to where the door wouldn't open I was beside myself as I was working that day . I work for Woolworths and have insurance through them . I immediately rang them and they put me on to Archers to get quote . I rang them and Rod who manages it answered mind you it's New Year's Eve I told him situation and without hesitation he took care of me .. this man was off work and had me come to his hm so he could make it to where my door would open until I could bring it in to him ! He was so caring and reassuring and was so switched on ! Best customer service you could ask for ! He really cares about his customers and didn't hesitate to give me a loan car when I found out I was not covered for that . I dropped my Nissan off and with in 10 days he did all the repairs including hail damage and my Ute looks like a brand new car now again ! Unbelievable man and so professional . He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond ! He's so hands on and keeps in contact telling you what's happening and on a very personal level . I can not recommend them enough If your looking for excellent work and amazing service you need to go here ! Thank you Rod and team for returning my Ute newer than when you got it !
