Having been to Naples years before, as soon as I saw the Napoli Pizza Oven inside the Trattoria, I knew I was in for a treat and didn't bother to peruse the rest of the menu. I ordered the Pizza Capricciosa with mushrooms, artichokes, prosciutto, cheese and don't judge me but I removed the olives. The pie tasted and crunched as if I was sitting in Napoli. Absolutely delicious! It took all of the willpower I had to not finish the entire pie. Service was wonderful, and the windows were open to enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Restaurant was packed! Highly recommend if you are in the area or looking to get a great pizza outside of Naples!

Maybe it was just an unlucky day…read more Waiter was very slow, meals were poor, fish was overburnt, a cake was actually a little nugget with a cherry finish and overall I waited for my first dish for about an hour. I'll give it 2 stars, not one, because the cherry nugget was really tasty, and I like sweet stuff. Otherwise it's a definite 1 star out of 5. For a city center it's the worst choice. They need to get a better cook or else. I literally can cook better at home, not being a pro here, it's that bad sadly.

Good local wine selection --- sorted by Brescia, then regional, then Italian, etc. Probably the best "next to the big park hotel" terrace / wine bar I've been to, in any country. Waitstaff is happy to help with dietary restrictions --- in particular, there's pork in many things (including the mortadella), but they can get inventive.
