Because they're so good, we were a bit hesitant to use another coach here, well we've had a session with Ryan and he's great too! They've got great synthetic ice and a top notch treadmill. We think the training here is top notch too!! I think all of the coaches have a great attitude and work really well with our 12 year old son. I see them interacting with younger kids too and they're really good with them too. If you're looking for either more skill, strength or even just fitness on ice skates, this is the place!!

It has surprisingly good sound for a dome covered stadium, and I like that it's a solid roof so it's dark enough for a concert. It is easy access and there are lots f places around the stadium to eat and drink, and even the food stands inside have good food and drink and aren't too terribly expensive. Didn't just feel like i was watching a performance, but like being a part of it! My friend and I were seated in Section 316 row A and it honestly felt like we were in the 200's with great views! I'm scared of heights and don't do nosebleeds, these seating were perfect and will definitely buy seats in this section again. Drinks & water were pricey. $18 for a shot. The bartender who served me was generous with her pour so I gave an additional tip. Downside: 1. Crowded as to be expected though. Upon arrival, there were long lines to enter the arena. Thought I'll missed a portion of the show arriving 1hr late, but nope. They were still trying to get people in. 2. The escalators, not many so feel like sardines trying to get onto one. I eventually opted to take the stairs thinking I'm "just going to the 300's sections." Boy I was wrong! If I remember correctly it was close to 6 flight of stairs! I was out of breath halfway lol. 3. Elevators are a few, and not easily located. If you are differently able, suggest that you arrive extremely early to avoid the crowd. I didn't have to use the restrooms, but while chatting to another concert goer she mentioned that the building is not frequently used, so it tends to experience maintenance issues on the night of shows. I didn't observe any of that. Lobby area and surroundings where clean. Similar to stadiums people place drinks on the ground and it gets knocked over, so you might have an unusual liquid running by you. Last time I was here was to see Beyonce in 2023 and also had a great experience. Definitely will return, but will try to arrive much earlier. I recommend taking public transportations or a ride share. If not, you'll probably be at a standstill when trying to leave. The metro link is a couple blocks away, easy walk (with the exception of a flight of stairs from the train tracks). On event nights, Metro (trains) runs on an extended schedule, so you don't have to worry about leaving the show early. Will say though, those trains can get packed. Especially when leaving the show. Tip (If you choose to watch the videos clips I uploaded, you might need to mute the others not currently listening to.

Don't want to get up to get food or drink, they got it. Big smiles and a welcoming greeting every time you go in and out, of course. The space is well appointed, and though you are behind a net, it's still a great view of the game. The free drinks use middle of the road liquor, and you can get there before the game and stick around two hours after it ends. They have specialty cocktails too, so it's good booze for "free." The food is pretty good for buffet food. They always have hot dogs, brautwurst, and flat bread. They have a couple of specials each game, like blackened shrimp or beef brisket sliders. They also have a more traditional dinner, with meat, veggie, and starch. They also have a few appetizers like chips and dip or charcuterie. For dessert there are piles of candy along with cake cups and gooey butter cake. If you can snag tickets to the Bull & Bear, your going to have a great game day experience. The biggest disadvantage is that with all the new and exciting food offerings at Enterprise Center you are limited to a few catered options. Parking can be a little crazy, but we were able to park in the lower and free parking lot. If you are disabled, you may want to get there extremely early or have someone drop you off. Even the closest disabled parking spot, it's still going to be a bit of a walk. There are lots of ramps and special disabled seating, if needed. Otherwise expect steps without a railing. The staff is very accommodating. There's really not a bad seat in the house, even the free seats are fairly good. The seats are quite close together so if you are a larger person, it's a tight fit if you have people on either side. The performance was incredibly professional and very good. The sound system and lighting were just right. I believe most shows start at 8 PM and have an intermission. When the shows are rather full, expect quite a wait to depart the area. It's definitely a must do in the Summer.

This is a free event from admission to parking which makes it a success! Seating is on a first come first serve basis so plan your day accordingly. This is a two-day event in Forest Park (Central Field, behind the Muny) where they race hot air…read moreballoons! The first day is just festivities and after dusk, they fire up the balloons and light them up for GLOW. From here, you can walk around and talk to the pilots and see the balloons up close! The parking is not bad, especially if you are early enough to park at the Festival and Parking Plaza (at the top of the Muny). You can bring your own chairs, tents, blankets, food - picnic things you want to be comfortable and enjoy the sights and the vibes. Like, we saw whole tents spread throughout. There are SO MANY vendors, so if you don't want to pack your own food, you got choices There was also a huge area for kids to play and hang out. There are two different vibes though for GLOW. The closer you are to the main stage, the more lit it gets. If that really isn't your vibe, stay on the side where all the kids booths are. It's so relaxed and calm lol We won't be going to Day 2 because it's supposed to be 95 degrees but I highly recommend Day 1 to see the glow and fireworks!!
