She even came to my home and took the time to patiently explain everything, making sure I fully understood my options and helped me find the best plan for my needs. Recently, I received a letter from Blue Cross Blue Shield Advantage stating that my plan will be discontinued in January 2026. I hope you are not paying a lot to use AI to "help" customers because it is not effective. We've been customers for 40 years. Always had excellent service when we talked to a real person. The chat was like talking to a brick wall. Extremely frustrating. So I finally googled to find a phone number to call you since there was none I could find on your website. The "old" number I had listed with the usaa details did not work. I get that "AI" is the new thing to save money. But who is paying attention? I was finally reached out about my renewal and they wanted to set up a Video call I was like great I will let them know I need to cancel. As the video call started I informed Jared I wanted to cancel and asked 5 different times to make sure my checking account would not be charged. Jared stated no you will not be charged 5 different times. I go in to check my account and guess what they charged me so I called and spoke to some woman on the phone who said there was no note that I wanted to cancel or that I had a Video with anyone, she would leave a message with the manager but that I could not wait for him and that she was going to hang up on me. When I asked for her name she hung on me. I kept calling and kept getting voice mail. Finally spoke with someone to get a refund and if I do not get it they will hear from my lawyer.

The address changed did not take place and he took the information And supposedly updated my account. Today I got a new renewal and it had the same old address that was forwarded to my new address. When CHRIS called me back, he had an arrogant attitude and I don't care attitude. I do not recommend this agency at all. They do not take care of the small details nor do they care for you as a customer or client.
