Had a main water line that…read morecomes into my basement break called them at approx. 12 am they got there at around 3am told the lady on the phone that I run a business out of my basement and there was a lot of boxes furniture and antiques that would need to be removed and recommended they bring a box truck or container. they did neither! they moved wet boxes and other items to the other side of my basement where my pool table is and stacked things on the pool table and other places. they used towels that I had in my basement to soak up water and red clay and threw them in a grey storage tub that was in the basement. They left antique Funiture on the wet floor along with a large set of large stereo speakers they never even moved. a set of $900.00 family heirloom lamps also left in standing water. Their modo is "Like it never happened." Haha what a bunch of B/S that is.. When I called the owner to complain I was told I needed to understand that the two men were tired because it was the middle of the night so they might not have been thinking clearly? The men left about 6:30 am and I had to call them back because they never touched my computer room and the carpet was soaking wet along with standing water, what did they do you ask? They directed a blower in that room and left.

When the technician came, I found out that it is not in their policy to inspect hvac system, and that they don't inspect air quality for mold. So, one of the main reasons I wanted their service, I found out after the fact they can't do. We still had to pay the full 150 dollars for consultation and we got nothing real helpful in return.
