Over the many years I have called or visited with questions or was looking for a part or solution and they have never let me down. Recently had to replace a couple of broke hinges and not only were they quick to respond both by phone and via email (during this time of covid-19), they also identified hinges from a picture I sent and Steven Trottier actually drove to my house and attached a bag of replacement hinges on my fence where I could see them. I replaced yesterday and they work great. My experience has been (over 20 yrs), they are not only intelligent, friendly and experienced, they also go above and beyond. Guessing that is what helps make them a successful business since 1955. Remember, you may have a fence 20-30 years so it's not just about a fast 2 day install but really the great service you may need over the many years of ownership. At first I was pleased with my fence from Fence Builders Ince, but over time I have become a bit…read moredisappointed with the quality. When I had the fence put in, they offered a good price and talked a good game, but in retrospect I should have stood my ground with the spacing of the posts. The sales man told me they would space the posts up to 10' feet apart, and based on the length of each side would divide it and space them evenly. Other fence people told me they would space the spots at most 6' apart and I think this would have helped prevent issues we had later on. As time went on, a number of the horizontal rails became to twist and distorted, separating from the vertical posts, to the point where reinforcing screws weren't holding and I had to clamp the horizontal post to the vertical posts at one point so entire sections of fence would not fall and allow my dog to escape. The most disappointing part was when I reached out to the company for help repairing these sections, the sales man that sold me the fence said it wasn't worth their time. They wouldn't even come quote it. I was able to repair the fence myself, but after the poor customer service, I'm sure I will not be recommending or ever using this company in the future

Thankfully, the customer service and quality work they provided us was just as good as their reviews -- and, in our opinion, even better! They listened to our ideas, studied our simple sketch, walked the yard, offered suggestions, measured carefully -- twice -- and gave a detailed estimate. We made a few minor revisions before giving them the go-ahead. They were patient and attentive to the details, transferring thoughts to paper with prices up front. When the time came to begin work, the crew (Uriel and brother, Rolando, along with father, Vincent, and friend of the family, Gerardo), showed up on time and prepared to work -- hard. When met with unexpected events, the crew stayed calm and dedicated to the tasks at hand. When a large and aged, rotting tree collapsed as thick vines were cut away, they brought in a chainsaw and got to work clearing the back quarter of our yard and fence line. The guys built the gates to match the rustic style of the split rail fence and cleaned up nicely. Though the days here hot and conditions were sometimes miserable, the crew remained upbeat and pleasant. It was great having them here and getting to know them. We are totally happy with the finished project.
