Based on my personal experience with ARC Elite Cheer I found the whole experience very disappointing.
Before enrolling, I was told three separate times that practice would be 12:00-1:30, and I relied on that schedule when paying in full. I later learned the practice was actually intended to be only one hour, and the owner acknowledged that the original timeframe had been communicated in error.
I also received a flyer with the time I stated and later saw multiple flyers describing the same program differently, including "Tiny Level 1," "up to Level 1 tumbling," "performance cheer," and "beginner cheer."
When the shortened schedule no longer worked for my family, I tried to resolve the issue privately and requested only a partial refund, allowing the program to keep the registration fee and payment for the one class my daughter attended. That request was denied.
I also had concerns regarding the uniform charge, as my daughter was never measured, and I later learned the uniform was apparently a rental. the flyer I received just said includes performance uniform and bow, not rental. I asked for documentation showing what had actually been ordered or purchased for her. Still waiting on this.
Separately, I requested verification of the USASF certification I had been told the coach held a level 7 and proof it was active during enrollment of my child, because I was unable to confirm it myself. Still waiting on this .
I was also removed from the app and lost access to billing information, so I requested my original payment records. Still waiting on this.
I have retained the messages, flyers, agreement, and other documentation related to my experience. I tried to handle this privately , but unfortunately we were unable to reach a resolution.
I was told I will be held to terms, that she on her end didn't hold herself too regarding me, which was "all changes communicated by email" read more
