Just wanted to give a shout out to Hayden, who works here. I don't usually review fast food places. But this kid (young man) went above and beyond. We stoped for a quick sandwich and potty break on our road trip. Hayden noticed we had a dog with us and we were outside in the hot heat. He was kind enough to come out and give us a little to go cup of roast beef for our dog. Our dog enjoyed it for a couple days as a treat on the road trip. Way to go Hayden!!!! read more

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I went through the drive through and the man told me (super mean) "I was ordering too fast". I apologized and then didn't hear from him so I asked "did you get the two sandwiches?" He then replied so rudely "can you give me a minute??" May I add there was one other car in the drive through and no cars in the parking lot. I can now see why. I will never go there again and if the manager to this Arby's is reading this review I would for sure talk to my employees about being kind, especially when the customer was nothing but nice. If the manager does see this 6/5/23 around 6:00 pm was the worst employee I have ever encountered. Showed up today for lunch and doors locked. Should have a sign posted that your inside is closed . Went to another Arby's. Sign says undet new management. Guess they need to figure things out better read more

All inside dining is shut down, due to Covid 19, so the only option was to go through the drive through. I ordered my food as usual, but then pulled up the window to pay and pick up my food. Boy, was that window disgusting! There were curly fries on the ledge, the window didn't look like it had been cleaned for a few weeks, and it was partly busted so it didn't shut all the way. On the inside there was a sign with a bunch of dead bugs on it. Needless to say it wasn't very appealing to pick up my food. I ordered an ice water and after my first drink I was chewing on something that was stuck to the ice. I opened the lid and something was crusted onto another piece of ice. I imagine they never cleaned out the ice machine, absolutely disgusting! I was hungry so I ate all the food, which tasted like a regular Arby's sandwich should, but I'm concerned about what else may have not presented itself. read more

This location should be closed to allow a business that can operate and serve the local workers a consistent lunch option to open up in its place. Today at noon they said they are not open. Due to not having a key. Pitiful excuse. This location has every issue imaginable and they seem to only get worse and increase in how many times they occurs. Gave them one star but only because I couldn't give them a negative stars. Apparently it is a corporate has made a decision that all their restaurants are drive thru only as we have not found one in all our travels where the dining room is open. If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this Arby's on 5/12/22 the lady at the window was very nice and I understand the lack of employees. But I ended up getting really bad food poisoning that sent me to the emergency room, being admitted into the hospital and ended up septic. I got "norovirus" which is very contagious between contaminated food and employees not washing their hands properly after using the rest room. My sister also ate from this Arby's and got really sick as well. I would stay away from this location. read more

The manger was rude and used fowl language, he called me an idiot and used the f-word all because he forgot part of my order. He did not give me a refund but instead he threatened me he was going to call the police. He was rude and should not be manager. read more

I am not usually a fast food eater because of the quality of the product and the service. But I needed to stop in for something quick today and at this location the employees were so polite and professional and helpful that it made me feel less bad about eating fast food. Thanks guys! read more

Dine in closed. Drive through is tight but manageable. Dr Pepper was out of flavoring and everyone in party said drinks tasted like water not pop. Sign says closed at 12. We got there at 11:50. Pulled up to the drive through and an automatic message said it was closed. Pulled up to the window guy said oh yeah never mind. Asked for two shakes and said the machine was broken after already saying yes. Terrible service and you could tell they were just trying to close early. I will give a two star rating like many others. Arby's is the only fast food chain that goes out of its way NOT to give coupon discounts. They attach quick expirations, a few hours during the day, and sometimes don't give you the coupon discount even when you order (and have) it. That is called over-charging folks. So, ah, done with you. Lots of other choices in the area, you folks need to make some serious changes. Used to like going there. read more

I get the corona situation. But they never have their outside lights on. They are soooo slow. And forgot half of our meal.

Was having a bad day, and wanted mozzarella sticks. At order screen I told them make sure there is marinara sauce. At window reminded twice make sure there is marinara sauce. As the window person handed me the bag I asked is there marinara sauce to which they replied yes. Before I could check inside the bag, my husband drove away. When I opened the bag there WAS NO MARINARA SAUCE! And it made me very upset due to the bad day I was having. Now I usually would never write a review but seeing as this is the 10th time they forgot my marinara sauce I feel obligated, or as if I have a duty as a consumer and American to ensure no future mozzarella sticks be left without marinara sauce. To all Arby's employees just put the sauce in the bag, if they order mozzarella sticks it should just be assumed to put it in the bag. read more

The food is pretty good but the service is very slow. I would plan on extra time to get your food especially if you are in the drive thru.
