I had a very tall tree that was splitting and if it fell it would of did a lot of damage to the metal roof of my gazebo. Eric came right over and accessed my situation with me. He wrote up a very detailed estimate and did exactly what we had discussed and his price was fair. I am sad to say that I got scammed Or at least a case of…read moreabusing the elderly I guess.. I never expected it to end this way... They started last summer and were going to finish in the fall... Well they left all the branches and wood from the tree . Thank goodness the city took some and the big pile was left and was left over winter.. winter did come early though I must say so they could not get to it plus cut the remaining tree in Spring. Then the virus which I understand would hold things back...but it doesn't effect not responding!Well they never got to it in the spring and this disabled person had to slowly drag the wood and branches to curb holding on to my walker... I hurt my wrist because they kept promising to come the next day, or next week,etc.and had to do it.i have a huge tree that makes me nervous every time there is a storm. Now I just want some money back as I haven't in me to clean it all up..they did the same time a friend I recommended...just left everything there. I may have messaged alot but only because I was getting ignored...I said please answer...we can work something out. Well I just want to hope this does not happen to someone else ...
