I was interested in leasing from this property. I read each Google comment which should have been an indication of what my experience was going to be. But I tried to give this property the benefit of the doubt. I applied via the corporate website and weeks went by before I ever heard any follow up. I called multiple times repeatedly to no answer or follow up. Eventually I received a call from the first leasing agent "SHAR" who to her credit was very pleasant, professional, courteous and kind. She advised that I had been approved and that there were no homes available but she would contact me when there was. A month went by and I hadn't heard anything so I called back and spoke with the second leasing agent "JOE" who advised that they required additional documentation. Sent everything the same day and heard nothing. I followed up and SHAR who told me there was a home available. I specifically told SHAR that I wanted to allow myself an opportunity wrap up my current lease and give my current landlord proper notice. Shar was very appreciative that I wanted to do that and offered to inquire about FEB rent being FREE. I told her thank you and if she could do that I would be appreciative. Joe called me and gave me CONFLICTING information to what SHAR had just told me the same day. Joe said that the rent would prorated for February. I said NO, Shar said it would be FREE. It just so happens that the REGIONAL MANAGER was on site (SHAR and JOE's ) MANAGER. Joe asked this person whose name is Mary H. who then said permitted and advised that FEBRUARY would be free. I scheduled a closing date which was the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Received a confirmation call from JOE the day of the closing and was under the impression we were all set. I then received a call from SHAR hours before my appointment advising that they wouldn't be able to honor FEB rent being FREE. I asked why she said it was because of Mary (mind you the individual who supposedly APPROVED and PERMITTED FEB to be free initially). Long story short I FEEL SORRY FOR ANY RESIDENTS OF THIS COMMUNITY! I 100% BELIEVE ALL OF THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND EXPERIENCES. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RENT TAKE THIS AS A WARNING. THESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS. Thankfully I'm not in a destitute situation and moving is optional but what if I hadn't been. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Zero stars---I lived here 2013-2015 I got sick living here and didn't know why. I kept having respiratory issues and skin rash. I searched the house and found black mold in the closet. I decided to move and break my lease. The kept my 1000$ deposit and then 5 years later decided to sue me for 2300$ and now they are going to start garnishing my pay checks. This place is disgusting. FOR SOME REASON, MY ORIGINAL REVIEW OF THIS COMPLEX HAS BEEN HIDDEN, I WILL CONTINUE TO POST THE SAME INFORMATION OVER AND OVER UNTIL IT IS PUBLIC!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! They have no regard for ADA laws for those with service animals, even though it's against Federal statutes and discriminatory. They constantly take their tenants to court and force them to pay exorbitant fees if they are even one day late with rent (this stems from more than one tenant in the complex). I recommended them to a personal friend and there have been nothing but horror stories since they moved into this complex. We are now trying to find the family new housing due to their outrageous demands. There are people who have been constantly harassed in this development and they take no action (even though the police have been called). Moreover, they have a history of having people kicked out of the complex all the time on trumped up issues, again with management doing nothing to curb this harassment of other tenants. There is more where this came from but forewarned is fair-warned, do NOT rent at this complex!!!! read more
