I have never had such a great experience at a salon before! Emily gave me a level of professionalism that went above & beyond. She had a very detailed consultation with me about exactly what I wanted done. I filled out a form that asked if I was tender-headed, if I wanted a silent service, or if I wanted anything to drink which I felt was extremely thoughtful. I was given a glass of red wine while the service was being done and I felt so pampered They also have a lounge with snacks, drinks, and coffee while you wait or while your hair is being processed. When Emily washed my hair, I was sat in a massage chair and given a blanket incase I got cold. The little touches throughout my appointment really made the experience so nice! On top of the professionalism, Emily was so fun to talk to and made the appointment very personal. Finally, my hair is EXACTLY what I asked for. It's those extra touches that make the difference. All the ladies in the salon are great but Emily is my go to. Nori takes the best care of me every time I come in. She takes her time, listens to what I want, educates me on the products she's using and how to properly care for my hair. I've gotten bright vivid colors for a while and I've never had a stylist actually give me tips and tricks to stretch my hair color until our next visit. She can make all of your hair dreams come true. Along with her, everyone else in the salon is super friendly. They play fun music, offer drinks, and just make sure you're always having a good time. The atmosphere is relaxed, everyone makes you feel right at home its GORGEOUS and CLEAN. All the stylists do great work. My stylist is Kim she is awesome so professional and sweet. I moved further away from the salon and attempted to go somewhere else and after two visits to this other salon I immediately regretted my decision and called Arbor Park salon To get back in the books. Lauren has been my stylist for a bit now. Which she decided to move salons to Arbor Park, I was a bit skeptical and it was quite the drive. However, it was completely worth it. Kimberly did a decent job, but don't EVER deal with the owner! She is condescending, unprofessional and rude. That alone is enough for me to never go back or refer this place to anyone. I tried to re-book for my roots for a touch up, because I liked Kimberly, and left 3 messages and never got a returned call. Don't waste your time or money. Norimar, and kimberly are both amazing stylist, they listen to what you want and give you exactly what you. Sometimes you don't want to hear but they really values the integrity of your hair. I don't mind the fact that Nori is a little bit slower but she is efficient and wants to make sure she's delivering a get result. All and all I would recommended Norimar or Kimberly.
