Of course I scouted Yelp's pages thanks to other trustworthy Yelpers, Christina Mae was a top result. It also helped that she had an Instagram page, which solidified her as a top contender to reach out to. It honestly came down to communication - Tina was the most personable to correspond with, which is hard through email (I was arranging this gift from Vegas). The ease of payment was also very much appreciated (via PayPal) with the option to add more later, and her website's info on a variety of packages and prices was transparent. The same week my niece was born, my sister was able to contact Tina and schedule the newborn photo sessions within several days. Awesome flexibility. I distinctly remember my sister telling me how calming the setting was when she went for the photos, and she was definitely appreciative of that atmosphere considering how hectic things were for her beforehand. Within 1-2 weeks, my sister gets an electronic photo album to select her favorites from to purchase prints or downloads. We obviously loved all the photos she took! The quality of the photos were amazing! She captured my niece's sassy princess attitude that's been developing since then XD LOL. I should also note that our parents made my sister purchase additional photos outside of the initial gifted package amount. Fast forward to our trip, on my way out to her studio my 20 month old had an insane allergic reaction to a snack I gave him and he was covered in hives and difficulty breathing.
