The soup, Sancocho, was a delicious concoction of beef and pork ribs, with potatoes, plantains and yucca. Comes with rice, half the avo, and the same coleslaw. For dessert, I had this cake that looked very special and unlike anything I've had before so I gave it a try (I believe it's called Milhojas cake but don't quote me on that). It includes a very thin cookie that is round and the size of a normal cake and it is layered multiple times to make a cake. It is then topped with caramel. This then cut like a normal cake. I hope the description gives you all a good idea of how truly awesome and unique this thing tasted!
