This review is for the swimming pool only…read more Ok so first off, you buy a swim but then you can only swim for 45 minutes, as they close the pool on the hour for cleaning. As it's not a full-size pool, there's only one lane for swimming, the rest is for kids. The water was a little too warm for my liking. This is certainly a no-frills place and the facilities were all a bit worn and tired. Not an enjoyable swim and the timings really put me off. And finally, once again, a pool that has no hairdryers and/or plugs for your own hair dryer.

Two fire exit doors can be used to let fresh air in very efficiently. Floor would be better, if management would clean it more often. Now it's dusty as antique store shelves... Put basketball aside. There's gym, swimming pool, sauna and a big pub upstairs with pool table. It's gas! Changing rooms a spacious, divided into dry and wet. There're perhaps five normal showers and two cold water for after-sauna. Pub is great! They do mid-strength bulmers (2.3%). Great for driving people. They do have boxing tournaments for both men and women. Almost forgot - tennis courts! Beware, quite expensive to rent. Perhaps, if there's a membership, maybe you don't pay, but otherwise it's like €15/h (if not mistaking).

Treadmills are great as u can charge any phone off them as u run. Same with spin bikes. The price well 29.99 and 25 euro regiatration fee i tink its a no brainer. I go 5 days a week and a lot of classes are.included which u can view online and book at anytime. Also rewards for sigining up ur mates tshirts bags etc. Does not hav a pool.or sauna but hey its got everything else . The locker rooms are big and clean and the staff are good help. Critisims i have some. Firstly i joined up online and went the next day however it did not say ur card wud take 24 hours to activate. Also u do need to ask to be shown all.the machines. Also the lockers do close from 11 til 5:30 am and u can use the disabled toillets and showers. Biggest issue with this gym is u have to pick the best time.between 5 and 8 pm i wudnt dare go near it spin class excercise.boxercise trx u cant move in the place and theres not enough free weights or machines on the first floor. Early.morning or late night is best after 9 the place empties. Their online team are very quick to respond and any machines that are broke are usually fixed the nxt day any worn leathers on machines are also replaced quickly. But biggest problem.is not the gyms problem but people leaving weights all over the place so please if u join put ur weights back after u. Having an elevator is also great for leg day haha.

Lucy is a great instructor- full of energy, friendly, and motivating without being intimidating about it. The first part of class is choreographed cardio on the mini trampoline. There are safety handles so don't worry! It takes a few songs to get acquainted with the feeling of being on the trampoline, but even as you get your footing and learn the moves you're still having fun and working hard. The last part of the class is strength training focusing on arms, abs, and butt/thighs. You will feel the burn! Boogie Bounce is the kind of class you look forward to, and if I'm looking forward to working out, Lucy is definitely doing something right.
