Pins on strings. Not my preference- still manageable but makes for a different experience. 2. When booking online, it says shoe rentals included. There were no shoes. Make sure you wear shoes you feel comfy bowling in. It will affect your game. 3. Lanes are not oiled or properly marked!!!! This is the most important part of bowling otherwise you are just shooting blind. The balls were just going every which way regardless of how good your throw was!! 4. The space before the lane was wayyy shorter than a standard bowling alley making it impossible to do a proper approach!!! It took a whole game to adjust. I'm sure this place is fine to come for the arcade, laser tag, or other activities. But if you are expecting real bowling, you won't find it here!!!

Visibility isn't perfect but the single entry point is great if you want to stand in the middle to keep an eye on kiddos. Great spot for play dates (come with a coffee!). There are portapotties at the park and a real restroom a small walk down the path. Park is great for kids to use their imaginations and play, which is so much fun. Great spot to bring a ball and play catch or picnic to sit and relax or bikes! Can get hot - wear sunscreen if the weather is nice. Friends said it's also fun to bring bikes or a stroller and hit up the cafe (a bit of distance from the playground) and have some sweet potato fries.

Most play places are definitely not that steep. That aside, we had a great time here. My kids loved it! There's so much to do. There's an arcade, a climbing wall, multiple bounce houses, and a giant play structure with fun slides. Plus a smaller play structure for toddlers! We were here for almost two hours and they were so tired when we left (the whole point!) Also, LOVE that they have the Watering Hole here for adults! We treated ourselves to a couple of drinks while the kids had a blast. You're able to walk around with the drinks too which is awesome. The selection is kind of limited and the wine wasn't my favorite (switched to a local IPA after that) but it is a fun added bonus for the parents. We also got a cheese pizza while here and that was a little expensive too ($25) but it was actually pretty huge and it actually was pretty tasty. Kids were definitely happy with it. Water play area is definitely the most high activity zone. My kid almost spent an hour playing in that area. The air flow duct with scarves is another fun area for the kid. Among all the other museums I have visited, the painting, arts & crafts area is quite unique to this museum. The wooden boards and the net at the end of the museum is another adventure for all kids and not available in other museums. This was the first time I saw my kid feeling the courage to climb over the ropes and explore. The paid parking area near the museum has good number of spots but the signs can be confusing as it says "only reserved" and you tend to wonder if you will get ticketed.
