Their bid was higher than the insurance claim, but they operated in a professional manner, did what they said they would do and did a very satisfactory job, so it was worth the extra amount. Fairly certain he was drinking heavily, and possibly on some serious uppers. After no progress being made for over 3 weeks, we asked Dan to leave and voided the contract. A day after we had him come get his tools and things, we found a glass pipe with what must have been meth or crack in it, under the ledge where Dan had put his phone, drink, keys etc. Very disappointed in what we had been so hopeful about. They were really quick to tell me how to unsubscribe from Angi so that they could work with me directly. I made three different appointments with them, all of which they cancelled with practically no notice. They do not answer their phone. They only communicate by text. They also charged me more than twice as much for the repair as the final contractor did; they still have not refunded me. Next step BBB and a lawyer.
