The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. I am so happy and so thankful for this amazing local company. Thank you CP PROPERTY SERVICES!! Looking forward to using you again in the future!! Our yard is sparkling clean!!

We've worked with Jennifer, the owner of Full Circle Landscaping, for the past year. We are so…read moreimpressed by her knowledge, skills, and customer service. We planned a complete overhaul of our backyard and she was there at every stage. First, she helped us understand what plants we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card. The fact that this is a woman-owned business and she has an all-woman landscaping crew is just the icing on the cake. We will look forward to calling on her again in the future. This business, and Jennifer in particular, is a total gem in the world of home and outdoor service providers.

The service and outcome received by CKC Landscaping far exceeded my expectations. I worked with…read moreKenny to landscape an area of my property in Gorham that I had cleared of trees - leveling it out and seeding it and it came out beautiful. Kenny had strong communication skills from the start and was very transparent on the timeline and cost. He and his team were friendly and respectful while they diligently worked on the project. Additionally, Kenny easily and efficiently managed an issue that arose while working on the project and handled it all. After hydro seeding the area Kenny checked in several times to ensure the grass was growing in properly and provided tips to encourage and maintain growth. Kenny's commitment to the project, strong communication skills and quality work are just a few reasons of many reasons I highly recommend working with CKC Landscaping.

Jeff is endlessly knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and he is a consummate professional. He worked with us on every aspect of the project and gave us the most fair pricing we could ask for. Due to circumstances beyond any of our control (lack of supply availability within our timeline due to the pandemic) we were unable to complete the project this year but we look forward to picking back up with Jeff where we left off next spring. The level of customer service we received was second to none and level of trust we have in him is rare to find. We could not recommend Jeff and his team at Coastal more highly -- if you are lucky enough to work with him you will be thrilled with the quality, customer service and honesty you will receive.

Am not sure she heard much of what I said. She did give me a diagram of what they were proposing, which I approved, but it is my fault that I wasn't more savvy about plants. Some of what they planted wasn't what I had asked for (ex. No yellow flowers, but more blue), and much of what they planted seemed sub-standard to me. Several of the plants / bushes were already dying; some were not standard varieties (ex crocuses rhat were very very tiny); not many of the plants I said I liked. They did come back and replanted the dying plants and promised to come in the fall to plant replacement bulbs. I have decided to ask them not to come even though I have already paid for them.
